M. L.I purchased my Skoda Octavia from JW Cars back in May this year and I have to say, it's hands down the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. From the first phone call to the viewing of the car, Jarek was professional and polite the whole way through. He held the car for me for a few days at no cost, showed me all the paperwork for the car and was very patient when viewing.
The car was as described and even though it was running out of MOT, we had a test drive to the MOT station, I witnessed the MOT and even when we noticed the air-con wasn't working, we took it to his garage to have it regassed, that was even before I thought about buying it!
Once I decided to buy the car, he went through the whole process patiently and when something cropped up just after driving away, he made sure I was taken care of. He provided a warranty with the car which proved very useful as the door module needed replacing and it was covered.
I really love this car and I would certainly not hesitate to buy a car from Jarek if I needed to 🙂
