I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Liam when I picked up my new car last week. What a great dealership to deal with, everyone I met was very professional and polite. Everything was as described and better! I bought this car from a video and images sent to me and had to trust Liam's opinion and I'm so happy I did. Just collected our brand new GLB today and couldn't have had a more pristine service from start to finish from Sunny. Absolute stand-up guy who couldn't do enough for us and pulled out all the stops. I was unexpectedly surprised at the quality of service I recently experienced at Doncaster Mercedes… After booking my car into service and entering the showroom I was made to feel welcome.. I would call him my ‘service specialist’ Mark who was extremely careful in assessing my cars faults. He went on explaining succinctly what was needed and the costs entailed.. I was impressed when he found the most cost effective route for me. I thought this was most considerate having just purchased the car privately.. All in all an exceptional experience. Excellent service. Elliott took a personal interest in sorting out a car configuration that I was interested in and was very quick in responding to and sorting out issues relating to paperwork as it can be a stressful process. Elliott clearly made everything a lot easier for me - my son is now enjoying our new car more than me albeit sitting in the drivers seat rather than driving it!! Mercedes Doncaster have always been spot on with the service they provide and this time was no different. However I do feel the process is now very much customer-driven which I am pleased about. The staff are similarly smiling and pleasant when I’ve been to the dealership.

An excellent first class service. From the first contact with Liam and throughout the whole process. We were constantly updated. Liams professionalism and enthusiasm was a hundred percent at all times. Liam and the valeting team on preparing the car for our collection was exceptional. It was our first time using Mercedes-Benz of Doncaster. Very nice, professional and helpful team. The atmosphere as soon as we have entered the premises was very welcoming. The service received was of a very high standard and would surely recommend to everyone. Even if you are not a car geek - not too worry as you will be taken care of and ensured of any defects etc. However if you would like to personally talk to the mechanics on site this option is unfortunately not available. The only little thing that could be improved is the car health check video. The sound quality could be better as you can't hear the mechanic most of the time due to the background noises.
