Michael was very good and helpful with me. Very polite. Kept in touch regularly whilst awaiting the delivery of my MG which I am very pleased with, great car and good value. The handover was good an all aspects of the car were fully explained by Micheal. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant whilst I was in the showroom.

When picking up our vehicle the standard of valeting was very poor. Dirty marks and dust still on the dash and around the centre consul also I had asked for the engine bay to be cleaned prior to collection. This wasn't done and had to be carried out whilst our paperwork was sorted. Also a major discrepancie in the vehicle mileage reading caused meant the paperwork had to be re done therefore it took almost 3 hours to pick the car up.

Brilliant service from start to finish, I actually only had a vague idea of what kind of SUV I wanted, Alex, who has sold me a car before, was so patient with me and really took his time to research and try and find me the car that I wanted. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I finally settled on the MGZS exclusive turbo, what a beautiful car and so smooth to drive. When I went to collect my car, Alex was on his day off but Jeff took care of me.
