Brett was courteous, polite and not the usual pushy salesman you come across in Dealerships. He listened to our requirements and there was nothing too much trouble.Answered all our questions. M. J.Fantastic service from Chris Mcdougal. Spoke over the phone Saturday, went Sunday to look at the car and by Wednesday it had been prepped and ready to pick up. I couldn't recommend Hyundai Doncaster more solely on my interaction with Chris. I had a bad experience with Cars2 only days before and it was night and day the difference between buying a car from these two companies. I came to pick my car up Wednesday and he was with another customer which gave me the confidence that he is the same no-matter who he is speaking with. He sorted anything that I asked, the car's spare key needed a new battery and the SD card was missing from the Sat Nav, he sorted immediately great guy. I think it shows what a company is like when issues like this arise and Chris dealt with everything amazingly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back in future for another car!
