Fantastic experience. Doncaster Polite, friendly and helpful staff. After trying a few times to on the phone, we emailed and within 2 minutes had a call back. Very friendly and helpful man on the phone, and arranged to view car the next day. When we arrived the following moning, they knew exactly what car we had come to view. Handed keys over told us where it was and we were able to take a look at own leisure, no pressure and no one hovering around. While we were looking we noticed another car that we wanted to look at, asked and was given the keys to view. After deciding on the first asked for a test drive, no problem, the young man that came with us was friendly and polite and helpfully explained about the semi automatic. Jordan in the office (sorry if I've got the name wrong) was a pleasure to deal with. Price agreed for part exchange and deposit taken, with the Easter holidays coming up I expected the car not to be ready until the following week but two days later, first thing we collected our new car. Again lovely, friendly, helpful and polite staff, (Kev, I think) all a credit to the company. I would recommend and will return when the time comes. Thank you

Fantastic experience! After being stung by a previous purchase from a different garage I was extremely cautious but these guys were brilliant. Not pushy and helped even when they didn't have to with an issue I had after the purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I wish all car sales were like this. I know where I will be getting any cars in the future.

I read the reviews on here before visiting their forecourt. A few bad one for rude staff etc, i found Reece, his gaffer & the other lad really helpful and i really can't say one bad word about the whole experience. They even put enough fuel in the vehicle i bought to get me home. I would certainly buy from them again & 100% recommend them.

Great 1st time visit today, to view the Car in person, and a test drive. All straightforward no bother. Alfie was great 👌 Look forward to my next visit to collect "My" Car. 👍 (Doncaster). Thankyou again.

Thank you to the staff at Doncaster! Me and my husband came to a view a car we saw online. The staff were extremely helpful over the phone and told us everything before we decided to travel down (2 and a half hours!). The travel was so worth it! The team we’re just as helpful when we got there as they were over the phone. Such a happy experience!

Great experience with these guys. Bought my VW through them a number of weeks ago and had no problems during buying or since buying. Car was amazing on arrival and still a dream to drive, staff were very polite, professional and full of knowledge. All in all amazing company. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews on here. Staff were fantastic, tif I think she was called. We had trouble finding parking and called for help, woman on the phone was very helpful and patient with us! When we got there, she Let us just browse at our leasure, no hanging around like a bad smell. Cars are in brilliant order, She even took me through taxing the car right there. Overall, my friends who came with me and myself, will deffinatly be using them again, and wholeheartedly recommendeding them. Thank you!

Love reading the horrible reviews on here. My experience was the opposite. Friendly staff given the circumstances! Needed a car due to been a key worker. Spoke to the manager and they adapted to the covid advisories !!!!! No issues with the car at all if anything I have got bargain. As the car had been sat a while the battery was dead but I didnt mind at all replacing it. That would be my only grumble. I was offered a warranty which I bought incase. She also taxed it me there and then ! So I really dont know why your all grumbling ! Great car sales place !

Not very helpful, very disappointed in the service went to pic up a car, was rederect four times, sent to the same places three times and then had to stand out side for 15 min to get my car. Luckily I asked for the invoice other wise I won't be able to get my car, very disorganised lack of professional service. And I know everyone has a birthday but you don't make your costumer wait in an empty reception for 18 min becouse they have to say there wishes. You can wait till you close.... Won't come back that's for sure...

Enquired about a part via website. Response text was very quick. Phoned next day and part was agreed and ordered. Delivered to Northern Ireland in two days, packaging was excellent. Part was exactly as described. Honestly couldn't have been a better service.
