FANTASTIC!!! From the minute I walked through the door until I left with my new car!! The whole team were so friendly, polite and helpful. I was asked what I had in mind and they did everything they could to find me the right car. I did not felt pressured when making my decision. The tax, insurance, fuel was taken care of and even though the car had been valeted etc before collection and it looked great Alex said it needed to be redone as he felt it wasn’t up to standard!! Great experience from start to the recent collection of my Cupra Born. I came to Stoneacre on Barnby Dun Rd to view a particular car that was available on the motability scheme, but on seeing the car it wasn't what I'd hoped for. In comes Raymond Cook who was able to explain the motability scheme simplistically which really eased our minds as typically government run schemes have all sorts of steps and stages. I was then asked what I was looking for in a car and Raymond was able to direct me to the SEAT Arona and I couldn't be happier with the choice! This car so far has been great to learn to drive in and has plenty of room for the family. Each stage was explained very clearly and it was all very easy on my part. All I had to do was bring in some letters and ID then Raymond took care of everything else, he has always been very kind and kept going the extra mile for us. We're very please to have met him, he even called a few days afterwards just to check up on us and assured me that if I have any questions I can always pop by or pick up the phone and ask. We're very happy with the service here!

Yesterday I bought an MG ZS EV Exclusive from Stoneacre on Barnby Dun Road, Doncaster. I was guided through the whole experience by Graham Earley. He is very friendly and efficient and it was a pleasure speaking to him. It is my first all electric car and Graham answered all of my questions and queries. Brand NEW Jeep Compass done 2100 miles has just gone for its first service - has an oil leak that requires the engine to be partially stripped 😡. Had a phone call to tell me the problem and was initially told that the loan car I had would have to be returned that day so I may need to look at getting a car from enterprise ( at my cost) that then changed but I’ve had no further contact from the dealership so the first part below might no longer applies 😡😡😡 Great experience at this dealership. Thank you to joe and the team - bought the first Jeep Compass from the dealership. Finally own my dream car. Edit to above post - after 2 weeks of owning the jeep it has broken down twice. I returned it to the garage where it was fixed yet it broke down again. I was given nothing to say why it was broken other than told it was fitted with a new battery. Returned to me upon which I ended up having to go refuel it due to the extra trips to the garage !!!!!!!

Recently we had the misfortune to suffer an engine failure in our motorhome while on a road trip. We had our motorhome recovered to Stoneacre. Unfortunatey due to the workshops being closed for the day our van problem would not be investigated until the next morning. I explained to the site manager, Greg, that we had nowhere to stay as we were on a road trip and had 2 dogs with us and we could not find accomodation to accept us. Understanding our prediciment Greg allowed us to sleep in our van. Also, we were offered hot drinks and use of toilets up until the showrooms closed. I'd like to thank all at Stoneacre for their understanding and compassion. A totally professional organisation with great staff. Unfortunately we live 300 miles away otherwise I'd be returning to Stoneacre for all my motoring needs. Thanks again.

Nothing was too much for them. I wanted a Cupra boot liner for my car but knew they were hard to get because of a shortage of them due to the fact the car is new to the market. I visited the Barnby Dun Road, Doncaster branch last Sunday; saw Ian Lewis who was very helpful; we chatted about my requirements and what I could afford etc; arranged a test drive for Saturday. I managed to get there Friday afternoon so test drove a demonstrator. I liked it, so agreed to purchase a brand new Seat Ibiza. After seeing Brad, the finance manager; who was very helpful and went through the steps of the finance process. I arranged to take delivery the day after. I arrived there on Saturday morning and signed the finance agreements etc with Brad, and waited for the car to be valeted I took delivery of my brand new Seat Ibiza; Ian explained the instruments inside the car (even tuned the radio in for me) and answered any questions that I had; everything was perfect; even the flowers (which I didn't expect). I would like to thank Ian; Brad and the young lady who was fetching me coffees whilst I waited for the car to be ready.
