I dealt with Steve Inman and his manager Brad. Steve is a fantastic salesman, I placed an contact form regarding a used Mazda 3 and booked an test drive appointment. With in a few hours Steve rang to introduce himself. As we met he allowed me to go for a test drive not limiting me to any time scale. This really allowed me to get use to the car, although it was close to closing time he spent some time working out some figures for me. When purchasing the car this was done at ease, Steve made sure I got the best deal. Brad explained step by step the process and made sure I understood the contract. There were no pushy sales techniques from Steve or Brad, the whole team at Stoneacre at York Road also answered questions and were very friendly. I would highly highly recommend Steve Inman and the team.

I visited Stoneacre Ford today after emailing late on a Saturday night about a Ford Focus I was interested in. To my surprise I got an email back from Steve Inman advising me the car was available and to pop over whenever was convenient. On arrival i was greeted and pointed in the right direction to meet Steve, he gave me the keys to the Ford Focus I was interested in and let me have a look around it in my own time. We then crunched numbers together and came to a deal that suited me. The overall process involved in buying the car was fantastic and seemed easy. I was then asked if I wanted to take the car today to save me another trip (being from York) I agreed and all paperwork/insurance was sorted for me to be able to do this. Used there service centre for first time and I was so impressed. From booking it online to picking it up. The service price is competitive with local garages but these offered a better service. For example: I love the fact they can pick the car up and drop it off although I didn't use this service I used the loan car option and I liked the fact they didn't charge a fortune for the privileg, Also loved the tech guy not over selling me products. I've had it before when they say needs break pads when they're plenty left on it and new tyres when there 4ml left on it. Etc. Also the service agent taking me to my car after it had been serviced as it was a big carpark to go try find it on hot day with my 5 year old would of been challenging. They have earned my custom that's for sure. We'll done guys.

I’ve had cars with stoneacre for years, I rang up as my girlfriends car was due for renewal, I told Harrison she was looking for an Audi A1, he rang me back a couple days later with a couple of options & the first one he showed us was perfect, exactly what she was looking for. Can't fault this place. Brought my car in for recalls and they done all they could to have my car ready for a time that I asked. Staff are always very polite and friendly and are always willing to help. There is a waiting area here where you can watch TV if you're stopping for a while and you can also have hot or cold drinks from the machines for free. Very clean everywhere too.

They let us take the car for a test drive without sales person, we had to come home to take care of something and they offered the car to us. I have Just this week bought & collected a Skoda Octavia from Stoneacre Used Car Sales, York Road Doncaster. After an initial enquiry online I was pointed in the direction of Steve Inman who absolutely bent over backwards to provide me with every single detail about the car including a fresh MOT, HPI check, confirmation of electronic dealer service history as well as responses to all of my (many) queries. To to top it all off I was even sent a full Walkaround video! On collection day I was invited to give the car a good look over, and vehicle tax was arranged there and then. Only 3 stars cos: 1. No enough parking spaces for customers and not designed area for cars waiting for service 2. They are quick to carry on schedule service but nothing above. 3. If you have car still under warranty they will postpone proper fix and giving you false filling that this time is fixed "Please drive and check this for us and if it's still wrong please call us..." 4. Try to sell you extra covers etc. even all its covered under warranty. 5. Forget about after sale care, if you have problems with your car and you will wait for call back... No chances to get help. This is base on buying and servicing car in same service. Problems what were existing from day car was sold has been sorted only by myself in small private garage... Some things I have to left for them due to "warranty".

Have to say I am very impressed with this car sales.. From day one of my enquiries I dealt with a guy by the name of Tom who seemed very polite and very willing to help with my enquiry. Due to this I decided too travel up from South Wales on the 27/06/21 to view a car with potentially purchasing and have to say from the moment I arrived I felt very at ease. The service I received from Tom was second to none and certainly a non rushed experience (alot of places can't wait to jump down your throat and try push sales on you) so after a non rushed test drive decided to go ahead with the purchase with Tom patiently going through the finance options and answering any questions I had with ease. Fast forward 1 week (due to me working away) I headed back up and the car had been fully serviced, had new tyres and a fresh mot put on and was ready too drive away within 30 minutes. We wanted to sell our Mazda CX-5. We had the typical problems with the normal online suspects (offers that never get matched - even though our car was just 7 months old with 7000 miles and in pristine condition). I don't know why I didn't do it earlier, but I rang the sales team at Mazda from whom we had purchased the car and asked if they wanted to buy it back. They introduced me to Jamie in their used car section who instantly offered the same as the final offers of the online retailers (after they had sett much higher expectations). Better, Jamie was able to appraise the car in under 2 minutes (took the online retailers 90+ minutes) and the whole deal (including the paperwork) was done inside of 10 minutes. Lesson learned!

My sales advisor was called jake, I came in on Saturday 16th June and he was really helpful. I am really happy with the deal I got and over the moon with my new car. I was in on the Saturday and had my car by the Monday so it was really quick and no waiting around. At around 5 - 5:30 pm getting out onto the road is terrible, without a decent kind driver who lets you out you could be sat for ages waiting to exit. Took my car in for service and mot. Excellent service from start to finish. Very open and clear about what was happening. Communication around what stage my vehicle was at in the process was frequent and accurate. The staff member we dealt with on reception was friendly and efficient, and she escorted us back to our vehicle and ensured we were happy before we set off. The location is easy to find as it is on the junction of York Road and Barnsley Road.
