Kim at BMW Doncaster is an absolute credit to Stratstone and the BMW brand. I walked in, unsure if I was even in a good position to change cars, and walked out having purchased my dream car. She found me this stunning spec M140I with all the features I was after and put me at complete ease during the whole process. Absolutely no pressure from her at all. On the day of handover she freed up her time amazingly and worked around me being stuck in traffic and being far later than agreed. The car was absolutely mint and presented amazingly for the handover which really added to the excitement! If you’re after a new car and want the perfect experience, indicative of the BMW brand, ask for Kim!

**1st Class Customer Service** Having driven BMW's for the last 21 years we have experienced a variety of Customer Service from all of the local BMW Dealers in our area - (Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire). Well what can I say other than....'Fantastic'! We had an issue with the electrics which was flagged as a Safety Issue through the i-drive. We immediately called Stratstone Doncaster and within a matter of minutes we were booked in and offered the option to drop off the car asap. As we were going away and the car was not going to be used over the weekend we decided to drop the car off first thing on the Monday morning. When we arrived it was quite busy and unbeknown to us we happened to be greeted personally by the (as we now know) Head of Business - David Garner. We were swiftly introduced to our Service Advisor Michael who was equally as efficient. The Reception Team offered us a Coffee which I must say was delicious! Thumbs up to Stratstone with their new Covid Compliant Coffee machines. Michael was very professional and told us exactly what would be done and managed our expectations to exacting standards. As the Service Team were extremely busy and Loan Cars were in short supply the Head of Business went over and above and actually gave us his own car to use whilst ours was in with them - nice touch Mr Garner, clearly your customers are very important to you! We received regular updates not only from Michael but also from Jamie the Service Manager due to the complex nature of the issue. Fast forward 24 hrs and we arrived back to collect our now fixed and valeted car. We were able to pay for our works online which was easy and when we arrived we saw Jamie and within 5 minutes we were back on our way home! All I can say is a HUGE THANK YOU to Team Stratstone Doncaster - wonderful service and efficiency, clearly you hold Customer Service at the forefront of all that you do! Thanks David Garner (Head of Business) you clearly have a great Team there. Many other local BMW Dealers could learn a great deal from you and your Team's Customer Service skills. Well done once again and we will be back once we are ready to purchase our next BMW!

a lovely friendly atmosphere was noted when we first visited to enquire about a car. We had arranged an appointment with Tom over the phone and we were not kept waiting with tea or coffee offered. I recently purchased (collected on 27th April 2022) a new X5 from BMW Doncaster. I dealt with Lynda Charlesworth (Business Development Manager) for this purchase. The level of service received by Lynda was exceptional from start to finish. When I emailed, Lynda responded swiftly with feedback and kept me in the loop with the progression of my vehicle on the production line. On the day of collection Lynda spent time ensuring my phone would sync and other profiles etc. In addition, she took the time to ensure I fully understood the key features of the vehicle inside and out. Bought a car about 7 months ago now, couldn’t recommend them enough! The experience from viewing to buying was great, health and safety during 2020/21 was clearly a focus which is good. Our salesman Eric was brilliant. Made the experience even more fun having a laugh along the way. The car was ready to collect just over a week after first viewing, the finish and shine was incredible on pickup. Also, there was an added bonus of a new set of my private plates in the boot for a surprise! (Admittedly however, the pre-drilled holes were incorrect for my model) Eric did notice a slight imperfection in the rear BMW badge, and as we travelled a long way to pick the car up agreed to have that sorted at a local BMW dealership for us which was great! Unfortunately, the car did have a very slow oil leak from the gearbox after 2 weeks. But this was not a worry, despite being about 2 hours away from Doncaster they offered to come and pickup + repair + deliver my car back to me for free whilst also providing a courtesy car in the meantime (this process took less than a week). Overall, very satisfied and would happily visit again next time I’m looking for an upgrade!

Following extremely disappointing service from the Hull branch I contacted Doncaster by phone. I spoke to Howard and explained that I was looking to lease a BMW M135i. He said they had a demonstrator and I booked a test drive for two days’ time. Upon arrival, along with my father, we saw the car waiting at the door for us to look over. The receptionist dealt with us politely as soon as she finished her phone call and we were directed to the seating area. Howard joined us shortly afterwards and was both friendly and enthusiastic. We discussed options and in no time, he had copied my driving licence and we were allowed to take out the car on a test drive. The car was stunning and superbly presented. After the drive we spoke with Howard and he said he would contact me in the afternoon with leasing figures. He did as he promised, and I received a phone call. This was only my second visit to a BMW dealership, and this is what I anticipated they would be like. Friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient. Like chalk and cheese compared with my previous experience. I am glad I chose to drive from Hull to Doncaster. Thanks for your time Howard, I feel you are a credit to BMW. My father has decided that should the Mercedes go, he will make the journey to Doncaster as well.

This is a very good dealership, which to be honest tends to be the exception rather than the rule with car dealerships. I've dealt with large numbers of them as I used to be in the vehicle industry in a different capacity. I dealt with a guy called Ian who was very courteous and helpful throughout. He described the vehicle I was interested in accurately and honestly, phoned me back when he said he would, answered my questions patiently, and so on. When I went to view the vehicle, the car described as being 'nearly new' was in fact 'nearly new', despite being 2 years old. Everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist to the very kind lady who picked me up from Doncaster BR, Kelly, was pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was good. Finally, I was given a very competitive deal on a really nice, clean, used BMW.

Extremely straight forward and pleasant. The whole experience, except for car collection was conducted remotely. Generally you would expect this to be awkward and stressful, This wasn't the case doing business with Marc Potter at Stratstone Doncaster. I had no previous dealings with Stratstone BMW, I contacted Marc out of the blue after seeing they had the car I wanted in stock. Kris was great, returned my calls and responded promptly to my emails, purchase of the car went well and on the dates agreed. After the sale I still received prompt replies to some questions about the BMW service plan and other queries on the car. So the service didn't drop off. After 30 years of driving Audi's I decided to give BMW a try, I wanted a bigger car and Audi's large SUV's didn't appeal to me. Just purchased an X5 from Stratstone BMW Doncaster, the whole experience has been exceptional, I can't fault it. The car is the exact spec I wanted and was purchased for a great price. Jody in sales was not pushy and clearly and precisely explained everything to me through the process. I am always 'out and about' so asked to be emailed rather than phoned, Stratstone did this, with all my mails were responded to quickly an effectively. Lynn in vehicle handovers made arranging the handover a pleasure, with a great 'cheery' telephone manner. There's a lot of paperwork when buying a new car, Luke in handovers went through this in detail with me before taking me through the options for the car, pitched exactly at the right level. After never owning a BMW before I left the building with a great summary of the cars software / config options. Before leaving Lynn told me he was relatively new to the business, his knowledge and expertise surpassed this. So far so good with BMW Doncaster, hopefully the service experience will be on par and I will be a long term BMW driver and a customer of Stratstone BMW.

I take my car to be serviced here every year and I am thoroughly looked after. Great service from the ladies on reception (who serve unlimited supply of hot chocolate and biscuits) through to the lovely, helpful staff on the service desk. I like that there are shops over the road (Next, TK Max, Wilko, M&S etc) so I can have a mooch around those whilst I wait. The sales staff are always happy to assist me with browsing around the showroom with a no obligation attitude. I will definitely carry on using them for my servicing and I will buy my next car from them when I'm ready.

At long last, took 9 months to sort out the blemish on the paintwork, and they eventually fixed the problem. Buy a used car from Stratstone and you get a well presented car. Pay for it and that all ends. Fair enough they did refund for the totally unbalanced wheels but that took many emails and 8 weeks. The Touch up paint ordered on purchase only took 13 weeks!!! The blemish on the paintwork, sent detailed photos, still awaiting a response many more emails later. Strastone is supposed to be a very good dealership which is badly let down by Aftersales, very disappointed. There is also a 12 month guarantee, no documentation, no idea what is or isn’t covered. Waste of time even trying to get them to fix a problem.
