For my 40th birthday, I treated myself to a Kia Stinger GTS from Vertu Honda Doncaster. The entire process was smooth and extremely customer-focused and when we arrived for collection, it was covered under a cloth with a "Happy Birthday" sign next to it. Top marks for Shaun in particular who made the entire family (including kids that wanted to explore the showroom) very welcome. And the car itself... wow... Kia have come a long way!

I have been buying cars from Honda Doncaster for many years. Not always Honda cars either. I go back every time because the salesmen are fantastic. In particular Eddy. He is always friendly, funny but professional. Even if it isn’t a Honda I’m buying he’ll look for the best model I’m asking for, the right price, mileage etc. He meticulously goes through the paperwork every time with me, circling important numbers to call if needed. He always follows up with a phone call a couple of days after purchasing a car to make sure everything is ok and if for some reason it isn’t he sorts it out for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The managers are also fantastic, always giving me the best price for my part exchange. Best place ever!

Superb experience from start to finish. I enquired about a car and a helpful lady passed me on to Lien who explained everything to me in detail and took the time to send me a personalised video of the car. When I came to collect the car he advised me really well on additional policies and insurances and the car was immaculate and extremely well prepared. Before i left the manager Mike came over to make sure I was happy and had been looked after, which was a nice touch. Everyone was very professional and I can see that attention to detail is very high on their list of priorities

Great place to buy a car. I was dealing with Liam, who was new to the dealer ship, in purchasing a approved used Honda Jazz for my daughter. I was really impressed with Liam as there was no forcefull selling tactics. He was very calm and professional at all times. Went with a friend to have her Honda jazz serviced and MOT. Failed MOT on windscreen washers. Needed a new pump and they said she shouldn't drive her car until fixed which was going to in 4 days, even though her mot didn't run out until 2 weeks later as it was classed as dangerous to drive. What rubbish. We checked on the official MOT website, and it said if it was roadworthy it could be driven until the end of her MOT. What else don't they know, a big garage like that and having to wait 4 days for a spare part. She was very disappointed and after going to them for 18 years think she will think again as to where to take her car.

A big thank-you to Ajay Singh at Vertu Honda Doncaster for providing the level of service that just wasn't apparent at out local dealerships. We had not really considered purchasing outside of our local area, assuming that we'd be able to get a good deal from the one of the dozen or so local dealers (Stockton, Darlington). Unfortunately the majority just weren't that interested in selling us a relatively inexpensive car and further, weren't really willing to entertain interest in cars located outside of their region, even though they were part of the same franchise. In making a few calls about the potential for delivery from other areas I came across Vertu Honda in Doncaster - and it ended up just being so easy and efficient. Ajay did exactly what he said he'd do and when - which quickly helped built a level of trust as information was exchanged back an forth. In part-exchanging our vehicle we thought that we already had a pretty fair price from another dealership, but in demonstrating an understanding of what it would take to get us over the line, Ajay offered up small top-up to the price - he left us with no where to go - this was just a better deal all round with trust being built rapidly. Vertu organised to drop off and pick up our old car (this was Friday and the delivery took place on Monday). Even the guy who did the delivery was a lovely older guy. In summary, I had invested a lot of time, effort visiting and talking with at least a dozen local franchise dealerships representing all of the main brands and Ajay could give each of the representatives from these dealers a master class in car salesmanship. And thanks Ajay for the follow up calls to my Mum after I'd left..it was appreciated.

Brilliant service from the sales department, and especially from Andrew Brown. I've brought a car last Friday from this dealer, and everything was done in half an hour over the phone. The next day the car was delivered in front of my house. All the documents were in place and the V5C arrived by post after few days. Unfortunately my wife wasn't so pleased with the car because I've chosen a wrong variant of that model, and doesn't have some special extras, being a basic variant. Collection day blew me away never had such a great experience ever, he was patient showing us everything connecting mobile phone radio stations & even did the sat nav to go home.. We were introduced to the service department who we will be dealing with at service time.. Car was covered up & was taken off & our photograph was taken, a nice touch.. We were reintroduced to the manager whom we were introduced to on our first visit, who checked to see we were ok with everything..
