Great place to purchase caravans, awnings and accessories. There is always plenty of stock available. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. This time we bought a used awning and Marcus was very helpful. He even took the awning and poles to our car and put them in the boot. The cafe is also an excellent place, and we have never had a bad meal yet. Would highly recommend.

Went to Yorkshire caravans a couple of weeks ago looking for a newer caravan. We found the ideal layout so went ahead with the purchase Kevin looked after us and was very helpful talked us through everything and sorted out our part x too. Within 2 weeks we had our new purchase so went to pick it up on Saturday 17th for the hand over. Vicki guided us through the hand over with expert knowledge and ease she was brilliant and explained everything perfectly. We came to Yorkshire caravans for a look around, Unfortunately whilst walking my wifes car key snapped off her keys and we couldn't find it. After looking for a while we had no luck and with it being 15:00pm and them closing at 16:00pm I went to speak to the staff. Even though at this point I hadn't spent a penny we still got 5* treatment they couldn't of been more helpful. I was told that at 4 the gates would shut but was welcome to stay and wait for the recovery. Special mention to the two gentlemen that went out to look for it with me and to the lady behind the desk in the sales department she went above and beyond for us when she didn't need to. Also big thanks to the owner!! Even after it had been agreed I'd get a new key and leave the car overnight(which I was grateful for) he came from home 1h 30 minutes after closing to let me out. That huge gesture saved me so much hassle. This review may not be about sales or quality of a product but the face of any company are there staff and if that is anything to go by then I'm sure everything else is just as good. Thanks again

Bought an Isabella Air 400 as an internet purchase back in March 2020. It arrived quickly in time for our holiday to test it out and we really love it, much easier than large polled awning. It's been used about a dozen times in between lock downs. Back in April 2021 we had an issue with our veranda bracer pole, and this week our central bladder blew. I delt with Paul in awnings on both occasions and he was excellent and so helpful, parts were replaced swiftly and support offered if required. Our Isabella which I also recommend is back up and working and we are able to get on and enjoy our holiday.

They stock a large selection of new and used caravans all of which are open for viewing as well as a large very well stocked accessory shop. We bought our super Bailey Unicorn Cadiz from here.The purchase went smoothly and the sales team were well informed and helpful.We have the caravan serviced every year.It is advisable to arrange a device date at a slack time to avoid having to wait a number of days before collection.They thoroughly clean the outside of the van as part of the service. My wife particularly enjoys browsing in the well stocked shop and awning centre.I prefer to slip away for a coffee and snacks in the cafe adjacent to the shop.

We bought an 8 year old, small tourer in August this year and could not have received better treatment if we had been buying the latest £25K+ van. Two or three small snags were dealt with at handover, and a damaged seal was replaced a week later. Excellent service and really nice people to deal with. Just beware of the ploughman's lunch for two in the cafe! Take two more friends to help you with it!

I don't normally write reviews but was so impressed with the service at Yorkshire Caravans, that I felt it was deserved. We bought a new caravan at the NEC in October and from then on everything has gone smoothly and exactly as promised. We have been caravanning for many years and dealt with several dealers in the past, but not anymore, we will definitely use Yorkshire Caravans in the future. It was worth travelling the extra 40 odd miles from home for the service we received. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We purchased our Isabella awning a year ago (from the Birmingham show) not from Yorkshire caravans. The canvas was recently damaged from a firework display and we needed to replace it. We contacted YC who advised us and ordered us a new canvas. It was to be paid for by the organisers of the event so payment wasn’t straight forward but YC and in particular Marcus was absolutely fantastic, he sent us everything we needed for the organisers, and after we collected it he also contacted Isabella to get the guarantee put into our name. Early last year we purchased our first Motorhome during which time we had many amazing outings. Our decision to move to a caravan was purely driven by the versatility and benefit of having a car when staying at more remote campsites. After much research we decided upon a upgraded model of the Swift Sprite Alpine 2 and we found the best deal by far was the Executive edition supplied by Yorkshire Caravans. We were offered a very competitive part exchange price for our Motorhome and this along with the help of Debbie Colbeck who is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful member of the team, we went ahead with the purchase. Despite us living on the South coast and the caravan being in Yorkshire, with the help of Debbie supplying pictures and a video we had no worries that we wouldn't be seeing the van before making the journey up North. We requested additional items to be fitted and supplied that needed to be in place for our collection and this was done without a single issue. Having never towed or owned a caravan it was with some trepidation we made our way to Yorkshire. We were given such a warm welcome, given refreshments and introduced to Vicki who would be taking us through the handover session. Our new caravan had been prepared and was waiting for us in one of the four heated indoor bays. We had so many questions, some being asked more than once and yet this challenge was met with utter professionalism, with complete knowledge and with a great amount of humour and passion by Vicki. When it was time to hitch up and go, we left with a new found confidence and ability which is all down to the Yorkshire Caravan team. Both my wife and myself have been employed in a service orientated industry for many years and totally understand the need in providing a great customer experience. Both Debbie Colbeck and Vicki Wiltschinsky-Webster are a credit to their business and Yorkshire Caravans and we are indebted and grateful for the help they have given us. We arrived home safely and have spent the past days admiring our new possession, looking forward eagerly to our first outing.
