I bought a Freelander 2 from BMS. After a couple of weeks there was a problem with gear changing. I took the car back to BMS and it was identified that there was a problem with the clutch/flywheel. BMS rectified the problem without any query or quibble. I am still happy with my purchase and would recommend BMS Car Sales.

My wife and I both bought cars from here and have been exceptionally impressed with both the cars and the after sale service provided by Jed and Billy. Second hand cars can have the odd issue or two but their no quibble attitude is excellent and any issues were sorted quickly with a courtesy car provided. I will be returning to buy another car off them when I'm done with this one.

writing reviews is not normally my thing ... however seeing some negative reviews of BMS i felt i should say ....that having bought two cars from BMS in the past .... both of which were very well advertised and upon purchasing them they were both very good reliable cars.and lived up to the adverts in every way. ... the most recent being a 15 year old immaculate mercedes clk 270 ,,,, (which did have a couple of very minor issues however at that age that is not unusual), however all was put right with no question or issues at all to a very high standard of repair and is still my daily drive and is problem free after one year on and 20 k miles !!. All i would like to say is BMS are a very good sales team who sell excellent .clean solid reliable cars.

I traveled 400 miles to Durham from Devon to see a car advertised in the Autotrader (having paid a relatively small returnable deposit). Billy was most obliging, picking me up from the bus station and allowing me to drive the vehicle before the deal was done. The car was exactly as described and I drove it home very pleased with my purchase. A minor one-off problem occurred 3 weeks later which was sorted out willingly and courteously by Billy and Ged. Altogether a thoroughly recommended company who stand by their vehicles.
