I purchased my car from here 8 years ago and Kevin has looked after it since. Purchased life time warranty and never had any issues when it needed to be repaired under warranty. Does my annual service also. Great guy and mechanic and a no pressure sales man. My car has never let me down which is very important to me as a female older driver. My son purchased his car from Kevin also and was given a fair part ex price also. I highly recommend and planning to buy a 3rd car in the next few months.

Bought a Fiat 500 in January Kevin was brilliant no pressure at all and just left us on our own to look. The car was immaculate and delivered promptly i had just received my license back after 20 years due to a medical condition so this car was perfect with very low mileage. Only negative is his boss, he needs to brush up on his telephone technique as he sounds extremely miserable . Well done and thank you fully deserved

After reading the reviews for this garage I was little concerned about going to look for a first car for my son. However 2 weeks off the forecourt and my son is absolutely delighted with his purchase. We dealt with Kevin who wasn't your typical pushy car salesman which made the whole process stress free. He did everything he possibly could to meet our needs, like exchanging the puncture repair kit for a spare wheel with Jack, a fantastic paint repair to a few blemishes on the paintwork, etc... This garage has a high turn over of car sales every week, into double figures so when you consider the few negative reviews it gives a little perspective. If you are thinking of a new car then I would definitely consider Dunelm car sales and ask for Kevin.

Great experience. Car left out, cleaned and sanitised, for inspection. Others ready if required. No approach until we came back from test drive. No push, deal done, concerns addressed and sorted. Delivered to the house, valeted and ready to roll. Bit of a drive for us, but available stock swung it, and well worth it

Picked my car up from Dunelm on Thursday. I was a bit dubious after reading the reviews however I had absolutely no problems. I dealt with Geoff & Kelvin. Both really nice guys, no the usual irritating pushy car salesmen you find elsewhere. They dealt with my finance via car loans express who found me a better deal than I'd organised myself and the car is beautiful! Definitely recommend and would go back!
