To be fair to Vertu BMW Durham, it was a great experience and very straight forward, special thanks to the technician who set everything up on my phone etc, as I would still be trying now.

P.Went to look at a car, car was good but salesmen didn't want to know me. To add to the experience my personal car was photographed by a woman in car park, she also took pictures of every car in car park along with someones windscreen vin number. Very dodgy, logged a complaint with police giving her reg.

J. T.I'm a late convert to BMW. Amazing machines to drive and the refinement shines through. As for Cooper Durham... always a pleasant experience and always taken care of and looked after by a team thats second to none. The sales staff, in particular, Chris Davies, are excellent, all the service staff all find the balance between approachable, friendly and professional, the smart repair staff and technicians and everyone else behind the scenes make this one of the, if not the, best BMW dealer in the land. Has the feel of a small, personal garage, but is part of a large group, but never loses the personal touch.
