Pretty good experience buying the car but then they tried to hard sell an extention for Momentum Warranties. Sort of soured the experience and very glad I didn't take the extension as my power steering failed 3 months after sale and momentum said that as the car could drive it was wear and tear. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY - they'll use wear and tear for literally everything.

Would like to recommend Aim motors as a place with good price and good deals, Zak was quick to help in the purchase and even go a long way to deliver the car over to me at no cost. Iv had to take one Star away for the car new battery that was fitted was of a smaller spec and it took really long to get it replaced with the right one, all in all they have been Kind enough with providing support as needed. we bought our car from AIM motors sighthill edinburgh and were impressed with the service especially from Kash. six months ago we had a problem whereby we could not remove a tyre which was punctured: we were let down by RAC and then by kwikfit but Kash went the extra mile by finding us a tow truck who charged only 40.00 and then he referred us to a garage which was able to remove the faulty screw. He really went the extra mile by doing us two favors. Thank you Kash

Great experience buying the car. But customer after care after buying the car is basically non existent. Within the first week of buying the car already had a leaking diff seal, they did sort that. But after 3 weeks i got more problems and called them and messaged but no one got back to me as they said they would, quite disappointed.

Brilliant team had the car all ready and spotless, can't fault them. Easy to talk to, felt welcome by them and they'll answer any questions within their capacity, Would recommend if anyone is looking for a car in good condition! Thought I'd put a little edit to add a bit to the review; So unfortunately the car had a issue with the gearbox that appeared after receiving the car. Fortunately however, I phoned AIM motors up and received quite a quick response and within the day we had the car had been recovered and delivered to an independent garage. I had the car back within a week fixed, reserviced and revaleted at no cost to me. Couldnt fault the response of the team at AIM motors absolutely 5 start customer service! Just goes to show that even if you have an issue they're still there after selling the car to you and are always there to help.

Wow.i don't usually get excited about a car showroom ,but the cars these guys had for sale wow .most out of my price range. But I did manage to get the car I've being looking for for aaagggeeesss. Got my old volvo.ah no sounds corny but I'm now a Volvo guy.lol.im now the guy Infront of the slow running traffic .lol. anyway had a good laught way these guys .also very helpful with a few Volvo fax's that were helpful.i stay Glasgow an there in edinburger.the guy I'm dealing with brought my newish car threw to Glasgow. Bought our car today from AIM Motors and I have to say the customer service was second to none. We couldn't ask for anything better. Car price was perfect for us. AIM Motors have loads of cars on site, you should go have a look.

On passing Aim Motors by chance while looking for a practical runner type car I spotted an Audi A5 3l TDI Quattro V6 2008 plate. The car was in near mint condition and had a low mileage of 84000 miles. For a performance car of such quality I was delighted at the price. Zak came out and was very friendly and professional as were the other gentleman in the office. After receiving more information from Zak and having taken a hassle free test drive the car was mine. I received a fantastic deal including a top quality warranty service. Zak made sure the car was cleaned and in drive away condition. A week owning the car I still can't believe it's mine. It is a dream to drive. Full MOT and recent service. Thanks to Zak and all the team at Aim. I would highly recommend them.

From the first phone call, the response was friendly but professional. Buying a car during lockdown, from a different city could have been difficult, but Aim Motors made it easy with photos and videos. Arranged a Covid safe pick up and all went very well. I would use them again.

Was looking to buy a decent Big family car economical and not too pricey. Went to visit aim motors at Bankhead and was welcomed by a guy Kash. He did the best he could to help me find the best suitable car. After test driving a few I finally chose the one I liked most, Kash made sure I was happy with my decision and I didn’t feel pushed into buying something I wasn’t happy with He was a great guy and done the best he could for me from the minute i walked in .
