e. h.Chaotic but understandable under the circumstances re covid.
I previously completed the form online and submitted advising I would drop the items off. This was not answered so I managed to speak with someone on the phone and I made an arrangement to attend today (24th August 21) to drop off 4 items.
I turned up to be told I would have a long wait. Also how could I confirm they would be taken off my record if no receipt provided? Dropped off 4 items, no receipt given and just hope on leaving written details that they will be removed from my record on their records.
Not a good system at all ..
a. s.I actually work here for Edinburgh Council and can say the staff here are very helpful and polite and will be happy to help with any queries you may have regarding any equipment you or your family may need
f. s.Bit difficult to find, as the whole industrial site has the same postcode .... but I couldn't fault the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful 👍👌👍
