Chris and the team did an amazing job on my new Audi giving it a full detailing and paint job followed by a ceramic coating. They really care about the service they give and are very passionate about what they do. The advice they gave was second to none. Really impressed with the end product and at a very competitive price. Will definitely bring my next car back there.

Took my Porche Cayenne S to Chris and the team at ECV (Edinburgh car valeting) and was not disappointed. Known Chris for a good few years and seen the amazing jobs ECV have done previously on different cars on Facebook. Chris booked me in swiftly, told him what I was looking for and he guided me through different options available for the car and explained in great detail how the job would be done, the process and which ceramic coating was best for the car. After discussion chris put together a package to suit my needs and at a great price. Package consisted of - -Full decontamination and clay bar. -3 stage machine polish. -8 year matrix black ceramic coating, with warranty as ECV are accredited. -All 4 wheels off and coated with g-techniq C5. -All plastic trim coated with g-techniq C4. -Full interior protection with g-techniq leather guard. -And finally a full engine bay valet. Date was agreed to take car in. During the process chris kept me posted on how things were going and frequently sent pictures. On completion, picked car up and was given a tour of car with Chris explaining what had been done. Absolutely blown away with the finish on the Porche, like a mirror. Chris explained that they would require the car to be brought in after roughly a week as per there policy so I could see in real time how the car should be cleaned and what products to use to maintain the cars coating. Agreed a date with Chris and took car through. Both Ross and Chris went to town on car and took myself round the car showing myself how to clean and maintain it. Absolutely can’t recommend chris and his company ECV enough. Tremendous service from start to finish, great all round customer service and very reasonably priced. So glad I used ECV for the detailing of the Porche. 5 star service and 110% recommend anyone thinking of getting there car detailed to contact ECV. Before leaving, spoke with Chris about best products to buy and use on car going forward and once again he compiled a list for me and where best to buy for best price. Top job, top guys and top service throughout. Cheers guys

Had both our cars done this week in horrendous weather, Nick was great as always and somehow managed to do the cars in between the rain and snow and have them looking better than from the factory. We took their winter protect package for both and the cars look amazing and the ceramic wax doing it’s job nicely. Fantastic service! I was having a machine polish carried out in prep for handing the car back to the lease company and the cars paint work was worse than I had thought. The guys at Edinburgh Car Valeting offered to do overtime to resolve the issues with no question or extra fee. Highly recommend their services. Initially cancelled my appointment due to one of their employees testing positive for COVID. We bought our car used and it came really dirty. A bit too dirty for my OCD mum to sit in! We went for the ultimate package to get it to standard for us to use. Calum took his time to make sure the car was done to perfection which not only made the car so much nicer to drive but also was to the standard of my OCD mother! The car is much much much cleaner than before and Calum did what he could when scrubbing it. I would definitely recommend as this company cares about their work when cleaning! Thank you again!!

Found these guys via an internet search so it was a possible risk. Car was pretty grim having kids and also recently doing several runs to the recycling centre. Chris arrived punctually (10m early), rang to say he had arrived and grafted for 3.5 hours, then charged the quoted price. Kids not allowed anywhere near it now: immaculate!

I’ve used Chris and his team since the start of his business and so on taking possession of my new car they were top of my list to undertake a full ceramic treatment of the car, wheels and interior protection. I have to admit I was a little sceptical of just how good a finish they could do but on arriving three days later to pick my car up I was totally speechless. Really good experience. Friendly service when booking and Calum who came out to valet was lovely and most importantly did a really good job. It cost more than the initial quote because the car had so much tree sap on it, but he was upfront about this before he started the job and I kind of expended it considering the state of the car!! It was still value for money considering the standard of the valet service and the fact he worked on it for so long. Will use again.

Fantastic work done on my car. I had an ultimate valet booked and that's what I got. Arrived on time, explained exactly what was to be done and an estimate on how long it would take. When finished, the car looked and smelled fabulous both inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional and I even got a complimentary engine bay clean. The car has spent 5 yrs right on the coast and the paintwork has suffered, not helped by the A83 forever being re-surfaced hence a whole load of tar on the bodywork, but ECV managed to get it looking like new. Also gave good advice about future work/recommendations. Overall superb service, expertise and customer relations. Would recommend and use again. Thank you

I would give this 6 stars if I could! I booked my car in for the Ceramic Black package as it had reached 3 years old, was covered in swirl marks and had some minor scuffs and scratches, and to be honest anything done to it would have been an improvement however I was astounded by how good my car now looks. The paintwork looks brand new and feels so smooth to the touch, a really obvious white scratch on my black roof has vanished and paint damage caused by magnetic L plates has been vastly reduced. Cannot recommend enough! Really friendly and professional service, and really good communication throughout the process, cannot thank them enough

Chris and his Team can actually do what they say they can do. Cabriolet roof was cleaned, re dyed and sealed. Body work was given the full detail treatment and interior cleaned. Ross, who actually did the job, defnitely went the extra mile, including removing the front seats for a comprehensive interior clean. Thankfully, he put them back in again when it was finished! This was done on an eighteen year old car and I wasn't expecting perfection, without getting a full respray, but it is pretty damn close. Absolutely delighted with the work carried out and doing it in time for me to have the car back for a special occasion.

Great experience with Edinburgh Car valeting. It was my first time using them and they did a good job on my car. The outside was spectacularly clean and looked amazing. One downside was some dirt was left in between the windscreen and bonnet and inside there was a few areas that hadn’t been wiped after spraying product on it so some specs left. Also above the boot at the joints there was some dirt left. Not a big deal though. Now I got the premium valet so not sure if this was meant to be cleaned so if not I do apologise. All round though very impressive and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Car cleaned by Calum. Car hadn't been cleaned in ages and small children had messed it up lots and had been sick in it. We got a text letting us know they'd be slightly late arriving which was fine. Calum spent three and a half hours and car was spotless by the end. Didn't get charged extra for the unexpected additional time it took. Calum was friendly and professional. Chris and his team did a great job on my car. It has carbon ceramic brakes, which are vulnerable to damage from wheel-cleaning products. Chris is extremely professional and detail oriented. I had the ceramic polish as well and you can tell the difference. Fantastic set up and ran really professionally. I’ve tried 3 other valets in the last year trying to get someone to clean the car to the level I expect for more than £50 . Chris delivered when the rest fell short. Calum is brilliant at what he does and the car is almost showroom condition. But he took 5 hrs and had to leave the inside of the windows undone. I don't want anyone to spend 5 hours or more to wash and clean my car. Calum is a nice guy. I'd give 5 stars if he did it in 2 hours and didn't clean under the wheel arches, but did clean the windows. Different customers may be happy if he was onsite all day but not me. I'd still recommend the company but customers should be clear about what's acceptable to them up front and what goes beyond the call of duty. B

It was starting to look and smell fairly gross (I did pre-warn!) what we have now is nothing less than phenomenal. It looks and smells like it's brand new. I actually can't believe how great it is. I had my Evoque treated to its first Edinburgh Car Valeting makeover a few days ago and was seriously impressed. As I hadn’t done anything more than have it hand washed now and then and occasionally given a quick clean inside, the full valet was the first in 3 years and long overdue. I booked it online on the easy to use website and opted for the Premium valet with some extras. Nick pitched up full of vim and vigour and set to work immediately. He came with absolutely everything needed and beavered away solidly without a break for over two hours, by which time the Evoque looked as if it had just been driven off the showroom floor! Polished to within an inch of its life and gleaming inside and out - I’ve really felt I should be lifting it over the puddles since to avoid the slightest mark on its pristine surface.
