Me and my partner were invited to a VIP event lately and met with Danny who was fantastic, very experienced and knew exactly what we wanted, we traded in 2 cars with a fair amount of negative equity and he managed to put a deal together for us which effectively paid this off without us losing out come the end of the PCP deal, service was spot on and this is the best experience we've had at a dealer in my 25 years of driving. We also had parking sensors fitted retrospectively as part of the deal, it took 3 working days to put the finance through, fit the sensors, sign all the documents then drive the car out the dealership. Thank you and hopefully we will see you in a couple of years for our trade-in.

Went there on 10/07/21 the receptionist was very polite and helpful i had an arranged appointment. I was welcomed by a lovely guy called Chris Wright who helped me through all the necessary procedures. Right from the start he was pleasant to talk to and was great at answering any questions i though at him. He was straight up with me never tried to force a sale on me i was wanting to get a decent 2nd hand motor with a trade in with my current car. I was shown around the cars that i was interested in and after the pros and cons of two types of vehicles that i liked i test drove the one i preferred although it was the older reg of the two but only by 6 months. it was in my opinion and his that it was the better option for my needs which was nice as most dealer ships push you to buy the newer model. My all round experience there was great no hassle its the 2nd time i have purchased my car from there and will do so in about 3 years time for my next car

I recently purchased a car from Vardy Vauxhall in Edinburgh . I met a salesman there called Heera who was very professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions about the vehicle and after purchase, he had a few scratches fixed and was able to help facilitate a change of owner for the vehicle. However , be very prepared to pay more than the asking price for your car, there are ridiculous fees , including around £150 for covid cleaning , (yeah I know) and you will be asked to use finance and other things you may or MAY not need. It's kinda like buying a Ryanair flight , add ons you don't expet. So in Summary, Heera was very decent and no complaints, PV make up your own minds.

Long story short i just needed my 1 week old brand new car to be checked over as i heard a funny noise. Finally got put through to a rude lady on the service phone line, who told me i couldnt be seen until friday, then for a courtesy car it would be £20 a day, and then for the car to be looked over it was over £100. No way was i happy with this as i had just bought the new car! Asked to be put through to the sevice manager, i got seen at 3pm that same day, he had 4 mechanics looking at it and was up the ramps and fixed within 15minutes for free. The guy was very nice and explained everything to me. No thanks to the lady on the phone.

Service was great, but one little thing they said that the wiper/washers were working when in fact the window washer want spraying onto the windscreen. It was a fuse blown which I replaced myself but want picked up on the service. Small fault which was the only problem, maybe a bit picky but in the current weather most needed.

Sales manger was rather aloof at Edinburgh used car store might have something to do with head office setting prices at the branches leaving sales team no flexablity on pricing. Not a very enjoyable experience and hope this is not endemic of the culture within the Vardy group. Products are well presented but I feel that people person skills need work.

I have found that they have generally good customer service. I have had two services and MOTs and they provide manufacturers servicing. However they would have charged £95 more to do work to my car compared with a local family run garage so I think they need to have a look at making their prices competitive.

I have a motabiliity car, which Peter vardy is the dealer I got car from but kwik fit are contracted to do tyres on the vehicles. After a harrowing event at kwik fit with one of the employees there, I had to leave, my first thought was to go to dealer to explain situation ,and I was looked after impeccably well. The staff were kind and helpful. The issue was dealt with and I was very much supported. They dealt with kwik fit for me and explained all my options too. Would have given more stars if possible, and can't thank the service staff enough.

I visited Peter Vardy Edinburgh last month for a new Astra. When I arrived one of the members of staff offered to park my car for me. He took me to the showroom and introduced me to the person I was there to meet and then returned my keys to me once he had found a space for my car. I have never been to any other dealership and experienced such good customer service right from the beginning. The salesman I dealt with didn’t rush me out to the cold car lot, we sat with a great cup of coffee and discussed my options and he actually listened to what I had to say. I was slightly worried about going car shopping myself being a young woman after hearing how pushy some salesmen can be, however I must say this was not an issue at Peter Vardy. I left feeling confident in my choice of car and deal as everything was explained in plain English and they were happy to answer any questions. I have had my car for a little over a month now and have had no problems but I did receive a call from the salesman I dealt with a week after delivery to check everything was in order.

Spend almost 4 hrs getting a car from here. Loved the music but couldn't always hear it as someone would keep turning it down. Staff were lovely and it was very clean and tidy. Some air con would have been good for staff and customers as it was ridiculously warm and that wasn't on a hot hot day...

I went to peter vardy vauxhall on tuesday this week to look for a decent used car and i have to say i came away very happy with my experience. We were welcomed in to a cuppa and a chat with the business manager scott before jason, who served us, came over and introduced himself. He asked what we were looking for and found us plenty of great used cars that matched what we were looking for. jason let us test drive a corsa and we were going to buy it but we changed our mind in favour of an astra. Jason didnt mind at all and went on to find us a very good astra with only 13k miles on the clock in our price range. We are very happy with the car and it is evident that it was very well looked after and serviced by peter vardys before being sold to us. I purchased a car from the Dundee store unfortunately the car wasn’t good to go the engine light came on I was advised to take it to edinburgh as I live here the Dundee store were no help didn’t pass on information and denied talking to me the car shouldn’t have left the garage but the manager and staff at this store were amazing took the car and fixed the problems informing me every step of the way going over and above for a car that wasn’t even purchased there I would highly recommend this team friendly supportive and knowledgeable I was about in tears at my situation ready to just cancel my purchase but the manager swooped in like a wee hero and the car is being fixed now the girl that took all my details was fantastic and super helpful honestly lost faith in buying from peter Vardy but faith is fully restored and I definitely will go to my home branch from now on

They dupe the gullible into buying a car they might be wanting rid of in my case that happens to be the Suzuki Alto, now I have to point out that there is nothing wrong with the car or the manufacturer's per se just the company selling it on.
