Went in for a look at some Mini's, was approached by Sarah who showed me around and found me a lovely John Cooper Works, that wasn't quite the colour I was after but allowed me to test drive and get a rough pricing and feel for the vehicle. The non-pressure environment was great because it is so close to Christmas and New Year, so isn't the best time to make a huge financial commitment. She answered all my questions and just made the whole experience enjoyable. The test drive didn't feel like a sales pitch at all but more like a journey with friends. The showroom manager MacGregor(s.p) also did a great job at finding me the best deal possible which was appreciated. I would recommend both of them and 100% would return if I am still in the market for a Mini. Thanks again both!

I wanted to leave a review as I am not a customer who would normally purchase a car from a dealership but I had the most fantastic experience from start to finish. I popped in for a quick look around to see the different specifications, so I would know what to look out for online, however after chatting to Isaiah and looking at different options I found the prices to be competitive with all costs explained clearly and upfront allowing me to consider the right package for me. Both Isaiah and Scott where very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy; just fantastic to deal with! I was also able to reserve a car for 7 days, so that I could consider the options available and not make a rushed decision. The car was absolutely immaculate when I received it, delighted with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend heading down to the dealership rather than just looking online.

Didn’t buy my MINI from here but from John Clark Aberdeen. Had an issue on the drive home which Aberdeen were fairly useless in trying to help fix! Edinburgh however were a completely different story the people we spoke to on the phone and in dealership were excellent, well informed and efficient! They booked us in and had the issue fixed ASAP fitting us in before they thought they would be able to which was really kind. Car was washed and cleaned inside and the whole process was completely painless. Thank you guys!!

From the professional non pushy sales team to the quality of the servicing I genuinely could not be happier. I travelled a long distance as I was looking for a particular model and Kellie, Patryk, Karen and Paul all made the process hassle free. I have to say I was impressed with the good value for money, realistic pricing and on top of that you made trading my old car in easier than expected. I contacted Scott Armour regarding my son's mini which had developed a "death rattle". Scott was most knowledgeable and talked me through the various possibilities regarding repair. We agreed a preliminary health check with the necessary follow-up work to be agreed on conclusion. I was contacted, told what was required and asked to agree a price. This was done and the car was repaired and returned that evening, even after the service centre was closed. The service I received was exemplary.

Come March, this will be the second purchase from Rumpa Choudhury at BMW/MINI corporate at the Edinburgh branch. Came to her as a new customer 4 years ago. Her attention to detail is really second to none, makes you feel welcome and comfortable, talks you through every stage ensuring both your vehicle and financial requirements are looked every step of the way. Nicole Pringle who deals with repairs and servicing is nothing short of fantastic. A fabulous team and will be sticking with PV Mini moving forward. Test drive on new Mini Classic went very well, marketing person and the Manager both were very friendly and helpful throughout the time we spent there. Location, seafield in Edinburgh is amazing to test your car on motorways and also city traffic. Covid rules were well maintained.

Very disappointed, 6 days after my MOT the warnings came on to show low tyre pressure for all tyres! I parked and spotted 1 tyre was almost flat..had to dig out from boot the apparatus to reinflate. Went to my local National Tyres for new tyre, they told me that the rear tyres were also seriously low in pressure! Service at Peter Vardy's is very friendly etc but how come tyres were so low? Does not inspire confidence OF COURSE TYRE PRESSURES ARE NOT TESTED ON MOT....my mistake!

Slick showroom with an extensive selection of minis. Staff all seem very professional as well. Not the easiest place to test drive a car from but the city bypass isn't too far away and the same rule applies to all of the car showrooms in this area.

Cool joint with cool looking cars. Customer service here is on point but there's no cold water I saw. Gets really warm sometimes and that's a cool thing to have. They have hot drinks and it's stocked well.
