I bought a diesel Astra from Waterfront Motor Company for my Son. I had visited various garages before going to Waterfront and came across some terrible cars and salesmen. Michael and his colleague were very friendly and polite and made me feel relaxed looking around without any salesman pressure. The day after collecting the car it wouldn't start with a flat battery. Although the battery wasn't covered by the warranty and I was over an hour away from the garage I purchased a new battery locally and Michael reimbursed me the cost. A total pleasure to do business with such honest people. Keep up the good work guys.

My husband and I had a great experience at Waterfront Motor Company today. We had seen the car last night online and it was exactly what we were looking for. We got a very quick response and were able to arrange a viewing for this morning. Car was immaculate and a very fair price. Michael was great to deal with answered all our questions and was not pushy at all. We were able to have a good look at the car, had a little drive and decided to take it there and then. Everything was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. They were able to help us with our old car as it was to be scrapped and went the extra mile and collected the paper work from my house later that day as I hadn’t taken it with me. Would definitely return and have already recommended to a friend.

Bought a used Volvo V40 with 115K miles on it almost a year ago in July and it's still running without any problems. Initially visited the company for another car I saw on the website but I ended up with the V40 which costed more than the one I originally wanted - no regrets whatsoever. The car was spotless and in great condition! Junior sold me on the car and the way the company operates, gave me a test drive, walked me through the process and finance options available, and paperwork I needed to get done since I'm new to driving in the UK(also helped me with some of it on the spot). He even agreed to getting the car serviced for free as it was due to be serviced. The 3-month warranty offered with the purchase also came in handy as there was a small issue with 2 of the windows, which was immediately addressed (no problems ever since). Excellent people and a good variety of cars. Would definitely recommend! Shout out to Michael and Junior for being great :)

Bought a second- hand Astra Sri Turbo from this dealer last week and whilst it is far too early to make any assessment on the car with respect to running costs and reliability, I do have the peace of mind of a two-year extended warranty. They actually offer a free one-year warranty with all their cars but I thought the cost of extending it to two years was reasonable enough. When I picked the car up and got home, I noticed that I had only been given one ignition key, so I contacted them to find out where the other was. Junior, one of the co-owners, admitted that he had mislaid the spare but would sort out another for me. Having had bad experiences with broken promises made by car dealers before, I couldn’t help but thinking “Here we go again”. But true to his word, he arranged for a locksmith to come to my house and cut and code a new key within two days. For me, if you’re man enough to admit you’ve made a mistake and then rectify it quickly without fussing or arguing, then you deserve a chance. Give this dealership a chance, they seem to pride themselves on customer service, and I am certainly very happy so far. Thanks guys.

would recommend anyone to go to hear to look for a car , junior and Micheal are both helpful with any thing ask and also need help with also , they don't bother you as they let you browse around cars at you leisure with no pressure , or salesmen pushing you to by , a did see a car liked but not colour and also can only drive automatics well when a said this to junior and Micheal looked for another automatic and yes in the end a bought the car , thank you for a greta service , help in setting up road tax warrant and break down cover , and a valet on the car also for when you collect it the coffee also , and also letting me look at cars as often as a like , top marks all round junior and Micheal , excellent customer service give 100/100 a measure to chat with you both and do business also , many thanks jeff .

Tbh I Was little apprehensive about buying from a used car dealer after a few bad experiences but needs must in this case. However I have been left absolutely blown away. The level of service was fantastic and the cars do seem quality. We dealt with Michael and he was very easy to chat with not pushy at all simply told it how it was. After agreeing a price and buying the car we noticed it hadn’t been serviced so Michael Arranged for it to be done at a garage local to me. Couldn’t be happier with the the the whole experience will definitely use again when the time comes.

Saw a car that ticked all my boxes. called the company and turned up to view the vehicle. The car was spotless, and in good order. The test drive was smooth. The customer service was superb, helping with getting the car taxed so I could drive it off the forecourt. All in all a satisfying experience and absolutely no hard selling. Test drove a Volvo v60 from waterfront motor company and it was a great drive, purchased vehicle that day and took ownership the following day. After day two started hearing a knocking noise from front of car, immediately called the garage and was asked to bring the car back for them to have a look at it, the guys were amazing! 3 days later the car was back to me with a brand new clutch and flywheel even though the warranty company wouldn’t pay out. Fantastic service from the team at waterfront motor company would highly recommend.

Great service and very helpful. Saw the car I wanted on line and emailed to find out if it was still available. It was so went through in the afternoon, looked the car over with Michael with him being very helpful but not pushy. Agreed a price and returned the next day and picked up the car. Just got myself a Polo 1.6 TDI and everything was fine until we went on vacation and the car broke down 30min in. Probably nothing Waterfront could have seen beforehand. Faulty injector it seems. I'll update this review as soon as Momentum Warranties pays the bills. Other than that, personel was top notch. Edit: Momentum Warranties came through ok. They were easy to deal with. But be aware that they will not pay the full bill.

Would highly recommend. Michael was helpful and not at all pushy from the outset. Bought a Skoda, just MOTed, with low mileage, at a good price. Michael even helped to drive me home. After about three weeks, had a slight problem with the exhaust (just wear and tear that wouldn't have been picked up at MOT). Michael had it fixed for me and paid for the work. Very different to other car buying experiences. Get down and have a look!
