J.Excellent service by all staff including the Manager. The Staff were professional & curtious. Relaxed atmosphere.
Visited the branch as we had interest in a certain car. Although the car in question did not have all the criteria we were looking for, the manager offered to aim to find us a similar standard of car in the near future if possible.
Overall a good experience & will recommend this particular branch to friends & family.

At Arnold Clark i was instantly assisted by Brian Ross who after explaining my situation went above and beyond to make sure i could get on with 450mile journey i had ahead of me. D.I Have to say our last experience with a different Arnold clark was quite bad but, this one was like night and day!
From the first moment I phoned to enquire about a car I was interested in was very professional and helpful and even went the extra mile to help me out to get the car I wanted.
The experience in store was just as good, with Andrew as our sales person we came to a good deal that I was happy with, as well as offering extras but not trying to force them on you which for me is one thing I greatly appreciated.
From seeing the car anything that needed done was sorted before collection which we got delivered closer to us, and the car was cleaned and polished inside out.
Any problems that did happen was sorted quickly and compensated.
I can say I even if its slightly out your way like it was for us it would be worth making the time to go to this dealer.
