My car was booked in for a service and MOT. At 08.00hrs on Tuesday the 21st of September.. The service was carried out professionally by the mechanics. Designated to carry out the work. After that the vehicle was sent into the, mot bay and it was checked over. Alas it was discovered by the mot mechanic that the nsr spring was broken. A spring was ordered and replaced by the staff the following day. Passed the test. All in all the work was carried out to a very high standard. The price was reasonable. So everything was OK. The staff member Gillian who received me at the time. Was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The whole situation was carried out professionally and organised. Yes well done to the staff at Arnold Clark. East Kilbride. Thank you.

Having had major issue's with my local branch stretford Manchester my husband rung this branch and spoke to Corrie Mciver with enquiries about buying a Vauxhall Antara which was at their site . Explained he was in Manchester and could they deliver , nothing was too much trouble. Kept in the loop with every step and car was signed for within hours and delivered safely within days . Would like to say a big thank you to omar janjua for an outstanding service after visiting our local Arnold Clark in Staffordshire we found the car we wanted only thing was it was in you branch over 210miles away after a phone call to yourself we received a very detailed Video of the car inside and out and minor faults were noted after further calls we decide to go ahead and purchase the car and within 7days the car was delivered to our local branch a bit nervous and apprehensive as we hadn’t seen it for ourselves or taken it for a test drive we went to collect it and can only say Omur you were true to your word the car is outstanding and we are extremely pleased with our purchase thanks again Sarah and Darren.
