Had another great experience here after 14 years as a customer. My car is 27 years old and is always treated with care and attention when it's in. On this visit the car required a new head gasket which is a fairly big job on this model of car. Due to the circumstances regarding the repair I was a bit nervous but was re-assured by staff including the mechanic carrying out the works. After removing the old head gasket the mechanic noticed bad corrosion (pitting) on the engine block which could have resulted in the new head gasket not sealing properly. A video and overview were sent to me showing the damage. I was given various options on what could be done to deal with the aforementioned issue. The mechanic also recommended works to the engine while it was out of the car and accessible. I now have the car back and couldn't be happier with the service and repair. Had my Rev 4 in for a service. This was all a very slick and easy experience from start to finish. My car was given a complimentary health check and an interesting video showing the underside of my car was sent to my phone. The video pointed out things like the tread on my tires, brake pad & brake-disc condition, also the condition of my cars suspension and exhaust. All of this was very informative, and I am now under no illusions about the condition of my car. I was kept fully up to date with text messages as to when my car could be collected. Cannot fault this garage for their professional and patient approach to customer service. From the brilliant and smiling lady on Reception (so sorry for not getting your name, but you know who you are), to the Sales Manager, Brian Smith. I'd been looking for a specific type of car but due to closure of books for orders, other Toyota dealers were flat out, "Sorry, nothing we can do!!!". First moment I spoke to Brian, nothing was out of question, he suggested alternatives and other possibilites/avenues to help me possibly get this car.
