I rarely write reviews as I always forget but I had to share my recent experience! I have been driving for over 20 years and had my fair share of cars but this has by far been the best customer service to date! My salesman was Hubert and I cannot recommend him enough! Firstly, I was able to take the car on an unaccompanied test drive and was told by Hubert to bring it back before closing which was 2 hours away. This enabled me to take the car for a decent drive to get a feel for it. After my test drive I was not hounded at all by Arnold Clark but instead given the time to think it over. On purchasing the car, Hubert could not have made things any smoother! On pick up day, the car was spotless and Hubert also took the time to go over the workings of the car with me in depth before I set off. Around a week later I received a courtesy call from Hubert to see how I was getting on with the car. During this call I enquired about getting my personalised number plates made up and also about better fitting floor mats for my new car. Hubert arranged a day for me to go back to the showroom and on arrival my new plates and car mats were sitting ready for me! What a service!! Never in all my years of driving have I experienced such an attentive sales man! Always approachable, always happy to help and generally just one of life’s good people who take pride in the job that they do! Thank you so much again Hubert! When it’s time to change my car again I will be returning to you. Fantastic service and absolutely loving me new car! In my opinion, every garage should have a Hubert!

He spoke to me directly as the one buying the car (I had family with me, salesmen usually speak to my Dad), listened to what I was looking for and found me the car and deal which fit with what I asked. I’ve had a bad experience with Arnold Clark Volkswagen in Wishaw, who shouldn’t even be Audi Approved due to incompetency of their mechanics and management. In Arnold Clark Crow road I’ve received an excellent service from start to finish. They’ve done a major service for me with no problems and also advised that they will fix one of my springs free of charge under warranty without me even requesting to check it. The branch has been excellent with their communication throughout and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Wishaw Volkswagen have a long way to go before being anywhere near this standard. Big thanks to Kimberley and other staff, I will be back next year for sure!

Just purchased a brand new golf from Tony Harris. What a fantastic experience from start to finish, literally the best car purchasing experience anyone could wish for. The service I received from the salesman was exemplary and although the service charges are extortionate I am usually happy with the service provided. On producing my discount card i was told the price quoted over the phone was already discounted so they wouldnt reduce it further. After a conversation with the service manager he reluctantly agreed to put through my discount. If it wasnt for the service charges etc itd be five stars. Dont dick loyal customers about and you'll be doing well.

Phoned service department and got specification, advice, price, and availability information on the same call. Went in next day and In the time I had drank my coffee, read my emails, and skimmed a newspaper, my car had been worked on and a video had been sent to my email. The video showed me the work undertaken and also of the main components underneath the car, which I had never seen before. All this information and more was then added to my VW app for easy reading later. I found all team members to be efficient, professional, and seemed happy in their roles.
