Purchased my car from Andrew Maxwell and he was truly incredible from start to finish. His service from the very first phone call and in fact the rest of the staff included within this branch were all amazing. Andrew went above and beyond to get me my dream car & kept me updated. My car was being delivered from quite far and he said told me it would be here a week on Friday (it came on time and he called me first thing at 9am with an update!!). Finance side of things were all smooth and easy and he did all the work for me! Really happy with my car and I cannot thank Andrew & his fantastic manager Frankie for the service too.

Ordered my new EV from KIA - although terrible delays this was not anything to do with the dealership. Scott Hamilton dealt with the order, handover and paperwork with little in the way of fuss and it was a very relaxing process overall. Until the following day I found a serious issue with the fabric in back seat, likely damage at or after delivery to the garage. Within minutes this was seen by Scott and his manager and a fix arranged the following day. All good here and can commend the sales team for a job well done.

Having already posted a review on Arnold Clark customer service survey & Trust Pilot, I feel impelled to write this follow up review. My previous reviews stated how pleased I was with the sale/purchase part of the deal but I also mentioned my concern regarding some repairs that were due to be carried out at a later date. I have just collected my car having had the repairs carried out & I am over the moon to say that they went as smoothly & as efficiently as the sale itself. All my concerns were unnecessary, the salesman, John Queen has proved from the start that customer satisfaction is a top priority. The only reason I had concerns were due to a previous dealing with another branch of Arnold Clark which left me feeling, basically, that it was a case of thank you very much, goodbye, any problems deal with it yourself. Thanks to John & his colleagues at this branch my faith has been totally restored in the company & from my personal experience, I cannot recommend them enough. From my initial phone call enquiring about my new car to driving away today after repairs being carried out, I can honestly say that John reassured me & was true to his word, he made the whole process very easy. Huge thanks & appreciation to John & team. Love my new car & will definitely be back in the future. 5 stars all round.

I got my car from here a few months ago and can't fault the service, it was and has been, very professional. I went in knowing what I wanted and I was treated with respect, I wasn't forced into anything I didn't want or need. I spoke to young chap, Shaun his name was and he couldn't have been nicer. He went into detail with every aspect involved in getting my new car. There wasn't a moment where I was confused and thought, this is too complicated. He made it very easy. I bought my first new Fiat here over two years ago, and the welcome I have received from sales to servicing has always been impeccable. Our adviser at the beginning was terrific, with none of the usual car sales guff and a clear understanding of the features of the particular vehicle I was interested in, having test driven the model herself at launch. Both the 20k and 40k servicing was completed in a timely and well-communicated fashion, and when a minor recurring fault appeared after the last service, the customer service and servicing staff bent over backwards to rectify it; I was especially impressed by a phonecall from the actual technician working on the car, confidently advising that the problem had been solved (it had been!). I won't hesitate to bring my car back here in future due future work, and I hope to be able to recommend their service well into the future.

Took my Kia to be serviced today after having had it serviced in another dealership previously - the difference was like night and day. I was greeted by a lovely lady with dark hair (I’m sorry I did not get her name) who kept me fully informed of what would be happening and in seeing that I was waiting for my car advised the mechanics to ensure that the service was done as soon as it possibly could. Car broke down just outside Glasgow and was recovered here. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and taken to service department where my car was checked in. The master technician came out to see me and we looked over the car. He got it onto the ramps to diagnose. Bought our new Kia Soul from this branch back in April. Customer service has been fantastic from start to finish. Friendly and professional. Even so, was when I returned a week later as I was having trouble connecting my iPod/Devices. A loose cable in the head-unit was the culprit, and was all fixed within minutes at no charge. I went in knowing what I wanted, and I have to say - for second hand I have no experience, but my friend got several second hand cars and kept going back. I want to redress the balance because I almost rejected one of their salesmen simply because I read a negative review. It proved instead that he was very helpful and I would go back with more confidence now. Salesman in question is Gordon Halpert - someone gave him a negative review, which was to do with high instalments. My advice is - because everyone goes for PCP does not mean it's a good idea to take it. I got a bank loan because I want to keep a car as long as possible. It's a good deal for some. Dont blame the salesman - it's your decision what to buy and how. There is no pressure from Arnold Clark from what I have seen. I'd love to see a female sales person at some point thou.
