S. W.First experience of using Arnold Clarke. Didn't get the impression they were out to help the customer. No discounts at all available. No old fashioned haggling and rock bottom price offered for second hand. We buy any car beat their quote and that's saying something
L. C.Arnold Clark has never been my top pick when buying cars after a bad experience buying a previous car - I tended to find the sales people very pushy having you signed up to the buy before you had a chance to consider your options Arnold Clark LENZIE is not like that!
I have just purchased a car from there this week- big shout out to John Robertson the salesman who sorted everything out for me from start to finish. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Wonderful service from start to finish - genuine, helpful & friendly. Can honestly say all staff I came in contact with there were equally as friendly including the Manager & receptionist an all round very positive experience. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
K. F.Great service from sales team. I bought a 65 plate car last week and the day after I picked it up, it had a few problems. I wasnt happy at the time, however the problems have been resolved and the branch manager offered us a goodwill offer for the inconvenience caused.
J. F.Brilliant and friendly service. Got my car mot here. When complete they sent me a video of the work required and where everything was looking good as expected. The video was amazing! I needed 2 front new tyres. I got the Arnold Clark approved ones as no more expensive than a small garage and got them fitted there and then. Received a phone call when my car was ready to collect and they'd washed and hoovered the car and stuck an air freshener in. Nice touch! The online service is simple to use from booking slot for mot, receiving the video, choosing tyres and payment. I'd definitely go back as service was fantastic from start to finish and I trust my car is in good hands.

I had arranged a test drive of one of their cars having visited the dealership earlier in the week but not having time.
A helpful video and details of the car arrived in my inbox shortly after my initial visit..
Upon arriving for my test drive I was welcomed - even as I got out of my car by John Fullerton, who confirmed Michael Farrell who I originally met, was expecting me.
Once in the showroom which was bright clean and welcoming I was guided over to Michael’s desk and reassured he would be along presently.
After a couple of minutes Michael came and had everything set up for my test drive.
I was introduced to a personable and knowledgeable young man Craig who took me out in the vehicle pointing out relevant features on route.
At the end of the test drive although deciding the vehicle was not for me. I am certainly significantly encouraged to obtain a suitable replacement from this branch in the future.
All together a pleasant experience.
