By far the best site with in the BCA group. I buy from most of the sites selling commercials but the staff here are so helpful and accommodating. Even when it's-4 or snowing the yard staff are still so helpful.

I love coming to BCA Glasgow. I've never, not once had a bad experience here. All the staff work seriously hard and are beyond professional. Nothing has ever been too much for them. No secret family handshakers or "chufty badge" wearers here. The branch manager will always acknowledge customers at the counter when he passes through the office. Great standards and excellent customer service from everyone. Massive pat on the back guys. YOU SHOW EVERY SINGLE OTHER BCA HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE!

I only went with a friend to pick up her purchased vehicle but from what I did see the staff were very efficient and polite so couldn't fault what I observed.

Went to pick up a vehicle. Travelled some serious miles. Only to have not booked in a slot time 24 hours before pickup. Non the less we rang while we were about an hour away. It wasnt a problem. Great measures in place with the current situation. It was fast, friendly and who doesnt love the scottish accent. Thanks for your Help

On arriving at BCA Glasgow to collect a bus I purchased in the on line sale I found the staff in the office very polite and welcoming and the yard staff went out off the way to help me to put a power pack on the vehicle due to it having a flat battery and way under inflated tyres they lent me a pump no bother and where just a genuine bunch of people with a can do here to help attitude. Generally OK, sometimes better sometimes worse, typical auction. However, be very careful with the reports issued by the auction, after purchase, have a little ride around parking, and if you feel there is something wrong with a vehicle, but report says everything is OK, do not hesitate to cancel the deal and get back all of your money including auction fees.
