Genuinely the best service I've ever received. Firstly, on initially looking at the car there was no pressure sales, just all the information I requested. Secondly, the car was immaculate when I first when to view it and when i drove it away. Thirdly, every single opinion financially was explored by City Cars in order to suit my needs. Lastly, it was great texting back and forth about the deal\car rather than being on hold for hours and speaking to a sales person that doesn't even remember your name. I have just purchased my car from city cars Scotland and I cant recommend John enough! An honest, friendly genuine bloke and a pleasure to deal with. The car is absolutely stunning and the service was nothing short of first class. John was so lovely, no hard sell and no pressure to buy unlike many larger etablishments. The car was beautifully presented, I was slightly disappointed by the small chip in the windscreen but I managed to get it sorted once I drove home. I would highly recommend City cars Scotland to absolutely everybody. Having located the car that i wanted at city cars ( a long way from Oxfordshire where I live!) I spoke to John on the phone who was more than helpful in sending me a video of the car and talking me through it's history. After deciding to purchase the car he arranged a speedy delivery to my front door and also organised a boot liner that I had requested.
