Recently bought a used car with this dealership. For a second hand car, the quality of the vehicle is pretty much like buying new if you can’t afford a brand new vehicle. I felt welcomed from the very start, as the receptionist offered comfy seating while we waited along with beverages. My main sales advisor was Ansar Zaman, great communication throughout the journey including agreement of timings to view/purchase due to travelling into Glasgow. and post buying the car. On the day I was also pointed to different colleagues (Connor, David) for the various processing stages, all with the same professionalism. Then to finish off with an in depth overview of the car and it’s features (Jack) Great team! And great cars

I've bought several cars from Douglas Park over the last 8 years, my personal experience always always been great when dealing with the new or used sales team. My PCP deal was due to expire towards the end of the year, so headed into the Douglas Park to review my options. Ansar Zaman approached whilst I was looking at a number of the different models, he assisted me with my questions and queries on the options, and range of cars either currently available or to be ordered. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable and passionate about the cars. Ultimately he ended up finding me a vehicle at the right price, colour and specifications. He kept in touch during the time between putting a deposit down and when I collected it, and has contacted me a couple of times post collection to followup, and ensure I got not issues or other questions. Just bought a BMW 520 MSport from Park's BMW Kyle Street Showroom. Outstanding Customer Service from David Bell. From the minute I entered the showroom until I drove away with the car, David could not have been more attentive. Everything was explained to me and I was kept fully up to date with when I would get the car. David also arranged to have my personal number plate transferred. No hiccups or problems at all, unlike our fairly recent purchase of a BMW 330e from a different Dealership. Thanks again David, you are a credit to the Park's Organisation.

Staff were friendly and helped me choose the car that was right for my budget and requirements. Only issue was the time between order and delivery but the staff kept us updated regularly with the progress of our car build. Excellent showroom with a very good range of cars available to view and test-drive. Particular shout-out to salesman John Mcleod, who sold us our new 5-Series. He was super attentive in terms of our test drive, taking the time to give my wife a tailored drive to test out the ride and smoothness of the car (her chief concern), and me a drive tailored more the overall performance and handling (my concern). We ended up getting a decent trade-in value for our old 3-Series, a satisfactory discount (when compared to What Car recommendations), and a deal done on the day for approx. Christmas delivery. Hoping the aftersales and delivery is as good!

The site is immaculately clean and tidy. Lots of fabulous cars on show. Staff extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Has beverage amenities for customers. Ideal spot in the city as it's easy to get to. Definitely recommend if looking for a BMW.

After a very turmoil weekend of moving house and having my partner write my car off on the same day, BMW Douglas Park was excellent in the smooth transition from no car, to a fantastic car! Kieran helped guide me through each process, and answered all queries quickly and promptly. I highly recommend those buying cars to go through kieran due to his exception customer service. Douglas Park turned the car in 48 hours for me, and also dropped off the car too. During Covid 19 it's a funny time with buying cars without test driving them first. Douglas park ensured that I knew everything about the car, despite not seeing the car in person, giving me the confidence to change from a die-hard Jaguar Lover to now a BMW lover. After 20 years of buying from A clark, I purchased a 3 year old 3 series from Parks. A more professional salesman and way of doing business I have not come across in all my years. Top money for my trade in and absolutely no pushing or shoving. It was a very good experience for me and would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a 65 Plate approved used BMW M4 from BMW Park Glasgow, the service throughout the process was exemplary. Christopher Lort was my contact and kept me up to date and well informed during the purchase. the car has exceeded my expectations. Only a small hiccup when the Exhaust Valve actuator failed, this was replaced with no fuss at all at my local BMW service branch. They also sent me on my way back to Chester with Iron Brew and a bouquet of flowers for the misses. Top guys.

Thought I'd share my recent dealing with the service centre at Pinkston Road. I booked my car in for oil and inspection service which was covered by service plan. On collecting the car Gordon the service advisor asked if I was aware of a gear box issue! I wasn't! Turns out there was a fault with 2nd gear crunching ( which it did only occasionally). The car has a full BMW service history and was just under a year out of the 3yr warranty with 13,500 miles. Gordon kindly contacted BMW who agreed immediately to change the box which was done next day. No drama and I was asked to pay a minimal amount towards the repair ( in my eyes). I am extremely pleased with how this problem was dealt with. I did have to go back with a rattle ( a loose under tray) but again no drama and fixed while I waited. In these times where everyone seems to grumble and groan about garages and main dealers I am extremely happy to give a big thumbs up to everyone at Douglas Park Service in Glasgow. Thank You
