Just finalised purchasing my used Mini Countryman from Graeme at mini Douglas park and from start to finish the transaction was seamless. Graeme went above and beyond to find a car for me that suited all of my requirements, and also within my budget. He was knowledgeable about the car and made me feel very at ease, which definitely shaped the fact that I bought the car at this particular showroom. In the past I had a bad experience at this showroom and it was all down to customer care- Graeme definitely changed my perception and I will 100% visit again when I buy my next car. Made a telephone enquiry about a copper s on Motabillity initially and made an appointment with John for the next day. Upon arrival I was very impressed with the showroom and it was easy to get to and the access is very good. John introduced himself and offers us a coffee we then discussed my requirements and we went on a test drive john was very friendly and very knowledgeable noting was a problem he spent time with me making sure was completely happy with the car etc overall I am very happy with my experience at this dealership everything was perfect and I can’t Rate this dealership highly enough well worth going. Traded in my BMW for a Mini Cooper last week and had a great service from Fes. The car is awesome and I am really happy with my purchase. I love the Mini experience. It’s a young, diverse, dynamic and non-pressured team and a very cool showroom in Glasgow. Fes was great to deal - so knowledgable and on my level! He was able to offer a good solution to quite a complex trade in. He took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. Was a total pleasure and know where near the terrible experience I have encountered previously at other dealers. Chris was also great to deal with to set up my finance and a coincidence that he had sold me my previous X5 which I got a great trade in for! Thanks guys!

I went to this dealership initially to start asking questions about purchasing a used car and the general ins and outs. I was greeted by Fes who immediately assisted me and was able to help me understand everything a lot better, from what each part of a used advertisement means to the finance options! Despite the sad circumstances surrounding the car I was trading in both my son and I and later my daughter were treated with such professional courtesy and kindness that we left with big smiles on our faces having collected our used mini. At no point did anyone try to upsell us into a newer model nor beat us down in our trade in. We felt looked after and important at every stage; not least of all when it came to collection and we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers! I'm also really impressed with the communication between employees- when the man who sold the car to us was on his day off; another looked after me well and kindly showed me how to access the car's connectivity. I really recommend it. I had made an appointment at Skoda next door to view a car, but following a patronising approach to us, we left and wandered into Douglas Parks on spec. We bought a cracking wee mini a few hours later! Thanks again!

I randomly walked in off the street one day having visited another garage close by in search of my second Mini, and was greeted by the very friendly Fes. Fes instantly made me feel welcomed and after viewing a varied selection matched me with the perfect car suiting my requirements. Fes was very responsive via email and on the phone to any queries. When I came to pick the car up I was particularly nervous about driving it home to Argyll as I hadn't driven in a few years. Fes took me for a test drive which turned into a 40 minute driving lesson. Although this was totally out with his job description he was incredibly patient and made sure I was comfortable with the car before I set off. I've had my Mini for a few weeks now and haven't experienced any problems at all, quite the contrary - it's great little car. All round a good experience made even better by Fes.

This day has been amazing, Andy our sales executive was brilliant in every part of this sale to my husband and i, every member of staff we where in contact with while waiting for Andy was so lovely, Gillian a beautiful girl even offered us a decafe coffee off there own shelf ....
