Took my car to Evans Halshaw to have some repair work done which was needed due to an advisory on the MOT. The garage which I originally took the car to for it's MOT couldn't carry out the repair at their premises for one reason or another. (axle based repair). As I had a Manufacturer Service on the car at Evans Halshaw last year and was very pleased with that, I decided to take the car there for the repair. I have to say that everything from getting the car booked in quickly, to the customer service, to the quality and price of the work, to getting the car back within a few hours was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and will definitely continue to get my car serviced and also get the MOT there in future. The car feels brilliant to drive after the repair and I'd like to say thanks to everyone at Evans Halshaw.

I went up to trade in my old Corsa and walked away with a minted Astra and I couldn’t be more happy. The customer service and all the staff are very friendly and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase their next or first car. Around 2 years ago my Ford car broke down on the motorway and I needed recovered by the AA to a garage. I called around many other Ford dealers in the area and they wouldn't let me drop in, despite it being urgent. Although there is never a good time for a car to break down, it was during a time I was interviewing for a job and viewing a house, so my stress levels were up to capacity! I was very grateful that you let me stop in without an appointment, and fixed my car promptly for a reasonable price. I was looked after by Jennifer Curley who kept my informed what was going on. She was very kind and humoured me at the time which was great when my head was spinning from what had happened to my car. Can't recommend highly enough especially when every other garage would not help me, Jennifer did. I hope to visit again, just under better circumstances.
