Very pleased with the MOT being done on our car this morning very quickly. Changed my mind last minute and asked new tyres to be fitted which the garage team did by delaying their lunch break. Dylan at the Service front desk kept me up to date in a friendly and polite manner throughout the day and I got my car back very quickly. Also would like to mention Jake at the sales department who is very helpful and knowledgable about all the Ford models and has been assisting with getting our new car, a great asset to this dealership and has excellent customer service skills.

Had an amazing experience purchasing our new family car for our first baby arriving in such a short space of time, with the amazing customer service and help from Tony Gerry, he went above and beyond to make sure we had it for going into the hospital on Monday to have our little one, we had an issue with the part exchange due to lack of documentation on our end but Tony thoroughly helped us and done his best for us to take the car away as soon as possible. Customer service was second to none and we are so glad Tony was the person to help us, we are over the moon with our new car & Tony made it clear before we left that he is only a phone call or an email away if there is anything we need to go over again, not to hesitate to get intouch, 10/10 service and couldn’t recommend more he made a stressful time for us very un-stressful as we had left this extremely last minute.

Just to say massive thank you to lovely receptionist and mechanics over last couple of months. My wee trusty car failed its Mot, paid a substantial bill, throughout repair time I was kept fully updated and treated with utmost courtesy and respect. Following repairs completed and once again roadworthy had to contact to have car checked for creaky noise. With no quibble I was booked in, joined for a drive by very nice mechanic who heard said noise (reassured me I was not doolally and was actually hearing noise). Car was put on ramp, checked, video of check supplied and reason for noise established. Nothing to worry about. Collected car and I did expect invoice for their time however no charge at all. This kind of service is why I am a Ford girl through and through. Thank you to all at Evans Halshaw Kirkintilloch for your patience, kindness, understanding and great service.

Having 5 month trip away 5 weeks in BCM might be on it's way out. Ainslie was fabulous, got us booked in really quickly for diagnostic and we had very good advise after that. We have a plan in place to order new BCM if any more problems as Ainslie knows our situation and is a phone call away.
