I put my vehicle into this garage for a service at the end of November. It's the first time I've used this garage but it won't be the last.I was particularly impressed with the service from Emma who kept me informed of the availability of parts and scheduled my appointment so no time was wasted. Service was done quickly and efficiently. Emma called me to tell me the service was done and kept me informed of all costs and necessary work. It really makes a difference to deal with such competent and helpful staff. Good work to all at the team.

Couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. I dealt with Emma McLafferty and the whole process was so simple. Emma also made the effort of having our van seen early meaning we could pick it up ahead of schedule and that made a huge difference. Just home from the Ford Transit Centre Glasgow after picking up my Ford Transit Custom Limited. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and with the service that I received throughout the entire process from Jason (Sales Executive). This was my first Van for our online business and wasn't quite sure what was what. Jason took me through the options before recommending a great option for me. I was kept informed at every stage of the process, with emails or calls when documents or information was needed, and was always available to deal with my dozens of pointless questions. When collecting the van today, I was taken through all of the features and toys on the van, and shown how to use them. Couldn't recommend this place more if you are looking for a van. We recently visited Glasgow TC recenlty a bit apprehensive after our previous experiences at another branch. I must say they certainly are a bunch of amazing people. Particularly Terri and Emma at the service desk who looked after us the whole way through. We had a van in with GTC which wasnt the most straightforward of jobs and out with the branches fault however, they took ownership of the issue and kept us upto speed the whole way through even when there was not much news to share. We genuinely felt valued as the team clearly do know the values of Customer service. Nothing was an issue, even when we had a spanner in the works with our recovery firm who didnt show up. The van was in and inspected with the fault found and back on the road as quick as practically possible. Even the smaller details, such as the courtesy call a few days later thanking us for using them and making sure all was in order. These are some of the reasons why we have a new garage of choice to maintain our fleet! We will also be purchasing our vans from here in the very near future! Thanks again to everyone who made our experience the best it could be!

Thank you to all involved in the purchase of my new Ford Transit Custom 300 Limited van. i am absolutely delighted with the van. After a recommendation from a friend he suggested getting in touch with these guys and I wasn't disappointed. From the initial contact with Nicky, to meeting other members of the the team. Mohamad who showed me around the van, detailing the vans features and spec. I also met Bobby the manager too. Everyone has been fantastic, friendly and professional, even the guys who delivered the van to me, they were polite and courteous too. Booked my car in to the commercial van dept by mistake but the Manager Paul got in touch and said they would do my MOT there which was helpful. Got my car back valeted and MOT within 3 hours, even got an email with a short video to say it had passed 😁. Great customer service thanks again to Paul the Manager for being so obliging. I took my van into branch for a recall noticed by a member of the team. Had they not been so on the ball, I probably wouldn't have been aware of it. I was originally booked in for a few weeks time, but Emma managed to squeeze me in earlier which really helped avoid unnecessary stress trying to rearrange work. Emma was polite, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy from start to finish. She really went above & beyond to give that 5 star service! This included the offer of a cold drink, which due to the uncharacteristically good weather, was well received. I also must give a mention to Paul, who I believe is the manager. He made sure I was well taken care of while in branch and really is a class act. Both are an absolute credit to the company. While this was my first experience of both Evans Halshaw & this particular branch, due to how diligent these members of staff were during my visit, I will definitely be back.

We use Glasgow van centre at Provan road for our business to service our vans. The hire company we use is based in north wales and we seem to struggle to find a local garage when one day I came across Evans Halshaw Provan road and all I can say is they have been amazing with us Emma’s customer service is amazing she always keeps us updated which is great as a company we need our vans serviced and on the road due to our company travelling all over Scotland and Europe. I have now bought my last 3 vehicles from Evan Halshaw and it has been a smooth process every time. My last 2 purchases have both been from this branch, one just over 2 years ago and one this week and it was hassle free from start to finish. The finance options are the best around and the vehicle price was one of the most competitive on the market. I have used this centre for servicing and repairs on my works van for years. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with the work performed on my vehicles and so it seems a very good service. Can't comment on prices as I don't pay the bills but I assume it is like any dealership using only genuine Ford parts and priced accordingly.
