I made a telephone enquiry about a car on the Saturday and I drove it away on the Sunday. Glen was professional and efficient on the phone and got me a great deal. When I visited the garage on the Sunday, both Glen and Colin were not your usual Salesmen. They gave me the keys to the car and they let me take a look around the car before I confirmed that was the car I wanted. There was an issue with my trade-in but I was happy with their proposal and it was resolved quickly. It was a very professional, efficient, quick, laid back, no pressure experience. They even sorted out all the paperwork for my plate transfer, made me new plates and fitted them. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll definitely be back when I'm looking for a new car but in the meantime I'm delighted with the one I bought from them.

Bought a Volkswagen T6 Camper from them over the past couple of weeks and I would not hesitate to recommend. Priced these vans all over the UK and they were absolutely spot on when it came to value for money but also quality of the conversion. Nothing was an issue when coming to adding an awning and bike rack which was done for me prior to collection. Product knowledge was second to none. Have to say I’m delighted with my new car, whole process was 1st class start to finish. After initially requesting a finance quote through Autotrader the guys got back to me promptly, explained the options and had everything in place with just a couple of phone calls. Picking the car up was effortless, all paperwork done and they even took the time to sit with me to arrange my road tax online. Recommended? Definitely!

Was reading reviews on Future Vehicles and was disgusted to see a review regarding "Almost Showroom Condition". Buyer traveled 100 miles. This so called buyer, if that is what he was, is talking BS. I don't believe in mincing words. I have purchased three vehicles from Future over the years, an ML350, a Volvo c30 and an M3 which I still own and love. The guys at Future are the nicest, most helpful car sales people you could ever meet. On two occasions I did all paperwork by email before even seeing the car. So enough said, except to say the service is excellent.

Glen and Colin are absolutely fantastic guys to deal with! As a female driver buying her first car without a male company, they made the whole transaction non-intimidating, fun and a breeze. Buying my car from Future Vehicle Solutions was not only the right decision, it was one of the best consumer experiences of my life. Having seen the ad on Autotrader, I phoned the dealership and found Glen and James to be extremely helpful and forthcoming with the answers to all my questions. They understood the anxiety I had about buying a car from a dealer some 380 miles away, and did everything they could they could to reassure me my time would not be wasted. And it wasn't. I didn't need to haggle for a good price, as the car was already priced competitively. And when I arrived, I found that James had serviced it, given it a full MOT, and paid for a professional valet to machine polish the car to an exceptional standard. The car was in immaculate condition, and the whole buying experience felt like I was buying brand new car! These guys are the real deal and deserve 5 stars all round.
