I just picked up my new Honda HRV yesterday and to say I am delighted with it would be an understatement. Grant was very knowledgeable, especially as this is a completely new model, he spent a lot of time with us going over all the features of the vehicle before taking us out on a test drive. He made the whole process seamless, from placing the order right up to the point of delivery, keeping me updated on how the vehicle was progressing through the delivery process. This is a Dealership that values their customers, there in a warm friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I will have no hesitation recommending Grant and Henrys Honda to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Just purchased the small Jazz crossstar from the most excellent sales executive, Mr Bobby McDonald today. Bobby helped us through the whole process and dazzled us with his charm, good humour and helpfulness. I can honestly say that this was the easiest car purchase in years and Bobby was outstanding in his willingness to make the experience a good one. Having looked around and having been courted by many sharp tounged salespeople, Bobby's unassuming and friendly nature was very refreshing. I have to say that my already high impression of this company was enhanced considerably during the purchase of my new car, with Sales Manager Graeme setting the perfect tone with a warm and friendly welcome. However, all credit must go to Bobby, who's patience and measured approach in explaining technical detail and finance options resulted in me leaving a dealership for the first time ever fully confidant in my purchase and believing there was a genuine invested interest in me, as his customer. Picked up our brand new CRV on Thursday and what a car this is. Firstly let me thank the salesman Grant for his first class service from start to finish. We ordered the car late may and where advised it would be delivered early September. It was, Grant kept us upto date on its progress through to delivery. He took the time to explain all the controls and features of the car ,almost a hour spent. Henry brothers are a class above the rest. I've already been told that when it is due its service that will collect it and drop it back off. I saw a Honda Civic advertised on AutoTrader at my local Henry's Honda showroom. I expressed an interest in the vehicle in question and in around 10 minutes i had the best salesman ever on the phone. Bobby McDonald called me to answer the questions i had about how i would go about purchasing the Civic. He put my mind at ease and told me the processes involved. i think in a 15-20 minutes he sold me the car. The finance went through without a problem. all paperwork was signed online via an email. i picked my car up today 28/4 and all i can say is that its fantastic, the whole process from start to finish was super easy and Bobby McDonald deserves all the credit as he done it flawlessly. I have only positive remarks to make regarding my experience With Henrys Honda Glasgow with the exception of two observations which might serve to tighten the ship. Firstly let me say that Mr Bobby McDonald fronted for the organisation in all my dealings with buying a car and assisted me in making what I believe to be the right choice in the minefield of possible options. I came to Bobby by virtue of my Sons glowing recommendation of the service he received. It was he who said that he would not go by the company or the direct representative Bobby McDonald if a similar situation arose. I must say after my own experience of buying a car from Henry Honda, my Son has made a convert of me to that faith in their fair and honest dealings. If there is a negative in the overall view it is that they did not build the west end of Glasgow closer to their Geographical centre. Secondly the sheer volume of administration could be off-putting if not so well screened by Bobby. I don't place importance on the aspect of the obligatory test drive but some do and the area for a test drive was so disrupted that we put it aside altogether. However time spent going over the persons choice positive and negative characteristics might produce dividends. Or am I trying to teach my grandparents to suck eggs.
