Visited to get 1st MOT. Must praise Henrys & staff, who have made every effort to create safe environment in current climate. Clear signage, screens in front of reception & service desks, chairs well separated, sanitised regularly. Staff all wear masks when moving from behind screens. Staff as usual very helpful & polite. Hats off to this excellent Skoda dealership 👍. Update 17/06/21 - had a wee problem with starter button & for specific reason needed to ensure my ever reliable Kodiaq stayed just that. Keir, Derek & the team pulled out the stops to sort the problem (only took 20 minutes ) but not the point as despite being really busy they went above & beyond to help an existing customer. Having dealt with a number of dealers for prestige brands such as BMW & Mercedes over many years I'd rate Henrys streets ahead. I really can't recommend this dealership highly enough.

Had a very good used car search experience at Henrys. My wife and I felt comfortable from the first minute, being dealt with very professionally and politely by Matthew Clark and David McKellar. I purchased a Škoda Karoq Sportline. I’m very happy with the sales process. Tom is fantastic. While I was looking out for new cars from various brands, I configured Karoq and submitted it online. Tom called me back within just a few minutes after. Probably sale was made at that point as I wasn’t approached via phone call by other dealers (different brand). Fantastic experience with Andrew and Henry's Skoda so far. Never veered outside of a well known national chain for buying cars but after the fantastic service I have received I wish I had gone to Henry's years ago! Received full breakdown of what I was ordering as well as descriptions of all the addons and options available to me. All work was done over phone and email saving me having to make multiple trips to the site itself and I have been kept up to date with the full progress of my order which will likely land a few months ahead of expected arrival date. The atmosphere in the sale room was calm and relaxed although it was clear that everyone was working hard at their particular job. Last week I had really dangerous experience at different car dealership with a new car but had to return vehicle with so many faults. And so I had lost faith and trust In a dealership...but i needed a new car and I was recommended to try Henry's Skoda in Glasgow and ask for William Dunbar as he had been great with someone that I know who had got their last couple of cars from here with William, So I went in after calling to check William was in that day and within five minutes of getting there, William had helped me pick out the ideal car and it has everything and more that I wanted. I went on a test drive and fell in love with how smooth this car is...a skoda fabia. I can't recommend this car highly enough but even more so how much information and help that William gave on the car on how it works and really made me feel reassured that I have a safe car and it ticks all the boxes! The company also know their customers so well that for example the car I bought William had sold to one previous driver when it was new and so he had a full background of it and could reassure me further which was great! So i picked the car up three days later. I will definitely be coming here from now on and asking for William but I will be recommending to my friends and colleagues too, because it was a much more personal experience with care, which I hadn't had anywhere else before! William genuinely thanks for restoring my faith and getting me a great car!

Shocking customer service. Booked my car in for infotainment repair 2 months ago. Got a phone call the day before it was due in to say that there had been an over run in the workshop and the courtesy cars hadn't came back and would I mind rearranging it to the following day. Was a bit miffed, but had waited this long so agreed. Got out my bed early to drop car off on agreed day only to be told, after sitting in reception for 10 minutes, that they couldn't take my car as they are too busy!?? Total joke and totally unacceptable to tell a customer on the day of repair that it was being cancelled. Was told that someone would call me before the end of the day with another date. After 2 days I had to call them again. Shocking customer service. After a 10 minute phone call in which I made my feelings known at how unacceptable this situation was, took them 8 minutes to apologise BTW, I was then offered a date of "some point at the end of December but nothing fixed, we'll call you nearer the time" Aye right, wonder if that will happen? Avoid taking or buying your car here, their customer service is probably the worst I have ever encountered. UPDATE After my complaint I was contacted right away by Henry's Head of Business who carried out an investigation into my situation and confirmed they way I had been treated was totally unacceptable. They have reassured me that lessons have been learned and have booked my car back in for repair in early December with curtsey car. I am glad to say that the way my complaint was dealt with was exemplary and am very satisfied with the outcome.

We took delivery of our new Skoda Enyaq iv 60 Lounge on Monday 25 July 2022. The service we have received from Henrys Skoda is the best we have ever experienced in 50 years of buying cars. Tom Allison is polite, communicative, amusing, very articulate, extremely knowledgeable about his product and never pushy. He has explained everything in a clear, informative and helpful way, and has contacted us regularly during the wait for delivery. I've been using Henrys for nigh on 30 years, largely because of the friendly, knowledgeable and very professional Service Department. Now, for the first time in a decade I've bought a new car (and bought it in COVID circumstances). Faultless treatment, especially from Steven and Jaime, all the way through the process. I'm an old socialist at heart and it goes against the grain to compliment the bosses but it has become apparent that the customer-oriented style I find in Service is also there in Sales - so well done Henrys! Mind you, I may need to pop back with some questions about the "infotainment system" but I am confident that, once i work out how to switch it on, Jaime will be able to sort me out.

When I moved from the Netherlands to Scotland in 2018 i went to Henry's to get my new company car ordered and service was brilliant and everything went fast and smooth. Now in 2020 i changed my job and was in need of new car and this time i decided to buy it myself. Got in Touch with Jamie (Sales) to see what was in stock and he search high and low and found me one that was closed to my spec but it turned out that the dealer that had it in stock sold it under my nose. So I had to make the decision to order one from the factory but delivery time was 25+ weeks. Order was placed in end July and car got delivered half October so much faster than anticipated because Henry's pulled some strings at the factory as they really wanted to help me. I have been driving Skoda for nearly 20 years and dealt with several Skoda dealers in these years but the service I got from Henry's is the best so far. Big thanks to Jamie as he kept me personally posted on everything in the process what really gave it the personal touch that you want when buying a new car.

Henrys Skoda is a family business where all the team members do work as a team to look after their customers. First time visitors to their showroom are treated exactly the same as returning customers. Buying a car is a major expense commitment, however you fund it, and getting the product that meets your needs is important. Henrys sales team really do try to understand your needs and desires to assist your selection of the most appropriate vehicle. My current Octavia VRS is not exactly what I had in mind as a replacement. I was reasonably sure I knew what I wanted, but Jamie and Keir talked me through a few options, and I changed my mind. Delighted with my new VRS, which was better value than what I had intended to purchase. You are introduced to the Service Team, so you know who to talk to if you need help or booking a future service. The sales team also follow up to check that you are happy with the vehicle and ensure that there are no problems with it. I have been a Henry’s customer since 2009 and there is one particular reason I return – it’s because of their overall customer service, which is second to none. I bought my first Skoda in 2006 from an online retailer (due to price) but owing to it being more difficult dealing with the seller at a distance, I decided to look more local for my next purchase, even if it meant paying slightly more. The next Skoda I purchased was from Henry’s Skoda. I visited their (then) almost new dealership at Kyle Street and met a young sales manager Keir Dunlop and one of his sales team. Both were great to deal with, from start to finish – no pushy, smarmy car sales nonsense to be found. They ran through everything thoroughly, giving time to discuss and work through things, providing refreshments to my wife and I, and ultimately struck a good deal on a new car. Keir and his sales team were genuinely friendly and interested in their customers and I was introduced to several others behind the scenes staff such as Paul, the business manager and David their master tech at the time. Graham Henry was often seen walking the sales floor also, greeting and chatting with customers and it was great to see the MD taking an interest in his customers and his team’s sales. I’m happy to say that, although the sales team may have changed slightly over the last decade, the same great experience remains when purchasing from Henry’s – which we have done as a family several times since 2009. From the premises itself; which is modern, well-appointed and branded, has a large waiting area with refreshments available and has several demo cars to have a look around (though unfortunately Covid has restricted some of the above, for now). To the reception; the likes of Zena and Wendy are efficient and courteous when calling in. To the aftersales department and servicing; where the likes of Donald and John are polite and though the department is usually busy, they try their best to work around to assist in sorting any issues and servicing. To the sales team; where Keir is now the dealer principal but remains as hands on as he has always been (I think he still enjoys a good haggle for a sale to be honest!). The MD Bruce Henry can usually be seen overlooking his sales floor from his office. I’ve not seen him meeting and greeting as much in my last few visits, though he evidently runs his dealership well. Graham Henry moved over to their Ssangyong dealership several years back. I recently bought a new Skoda from Henry’s after a brief stint with a German marque (the grass wasn’t greener on the other side!). I noted that, even though I had gone to another manufacturer, Henry’s kept in contact every so often, which was a nice touch. Coming back to the dealership was most welcome, after dealing with the other ‘Shark’ style car dealers of this world. You can tell that you are more than just a sales figure when you return and are greeted by staff who have worked there for years (that they have remained as long is probably a testament to the business itself). I was asked how the family are doing, how work was, they remember what cars you have bought in the past and take a general interest in how you are doing – it is something I can confirm you don’t get elsewhere. I dealt with sales advisor Matthew Clark who was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with – I would recommend his services. I struck a great deal on my new car with a part exchange. Even with a lot of things being as restricted as they are just now with Covid, I am more than happy with the service I received at Henry’s and my new car. I noted Henry’s Skoda won the Skoda Retailer of the Year award last year. In my opinion, it was thoroughly deserved. Even though I now have another Skoda dealership nearer my home address, I continue to use Henry’s Skoda as they are 'Simply Better'. I’m sure they continue to improve and I look forward to using them again in the future.

First. let me state, that I will not post a photograph. I do not want to detract from the honest, serious and friendly way in which Henrys conduct their business. I have been "dealing" with Keir Dunlop for many years now. And he is the most honest person to buy a vehicle from. Keir (and Henrys) are the type of people that I would trust to take care of my bankbook (If you cannot trust a family with such strong Christian beliefs, then who can you trust?) As I have already stated, I have bought vehicles from them since the 1990's . I have also "strayed" from them (and Skoda) a couple of times. these occasions have made me realize that the most important part of the transaction is trust. When I "strayed" to other marques (BMW and Audi) I was very disappointed with how they treated their customers. Henrys treat their customers with respect and friendliness. In these times, not many companies make their customers feel so good about them. Henrys do.

I will be honest - I have never thought the day would come where I would buy a car over the internet with confidence, but Henry's made this easy. Keir could not have been more helpful and ensuring that all of my questions were answered. In depth videos of interior, exterior and on the ramp allowed me to have the same confidence that I would have had if I had viewed the car in person. (The underneath video allowed me probably more.) When the car was delivered, not only was it immaculate, but also so much care and consideration was taken to ensure everything was disinfected, which was really appreciated. Unfortunately I needed to replace my car during the COVID-19 pandemic. My email to Henrys ŠKODA was swiftly answered & when they were able to get in their showroom again they produced a video of the used car I was interested in. It was an honest review & Henrys offered to touch up any stone chips prior to the sale. They also agreed to part exchange my old car & offered me a fair price given the age and mileage. The car was delivered to my home address (60 miles round trip for the dealer) & the driver left the car hygienic & the handover was done in a ‘physically distanced’ manner as appropriate during this pandemic. The driver then took my old car away. Buying a second hand car online without having seen it relies on a good amount of trust and honesty but any concerns were fully addressed. Having driven my ŠKODA Citigo for a week now I feel fairly happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Henrys in Glasgow.

I started off at the old St Andrews Skoda and then moved with Keir and the rest of the team to where they are now in Kyle St. The service and after sales attention i have been given is second to none, and the friendliness of the staff have made dealing with Henrys so much easier especially as being a taxi driver i have had more than a fair share of emergency situations, but thanks to Henrys i was back on the road in no time. One occasion in particular was Christmas eve a few years ago when something went wrong with my car at around 8.30 am i phoned the garage and they asked me to bring it in straight away which i did and thanks to Sandy at the time and the rest of the boys i was back on the road for lunchtime. Layout inside is pretty confusing as there was no one on the main desk when I arrived. Headed towards the "parts department" sign and spoke to the guy at the desk beneath the sign. He informed me that he was a salesman and called through the back for someone from parts to assist me. Was weird ordering parts whilst standing in the middle of the showroom. Got what I wanted with no issues, but will use a different Skoda garage in future with a better interior layout. Parking was limited and tight with all the cars on display parked around very tight in the forecourt.
