The service I've received from everyone at Henrys Suzuki Glasgow has been absolutely first-class! In particular, John and Ryan were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. They ensured I was completely happy with the car inside and out before I made any decisions, and any concerns I had with the car were immediately rectified, which is greatly appreciated! There were also no feelings of being pressured into making any purchases which is great, and a rare thing these days when it comes car sales. All in all, I am absolutely over the moon with my new Swift Sport and the service I've received! This was my first purchase from Henrys. Without hesitation, I will be going to them in the future again for any future vehicle purchases, and will strongly recommend them to family and friends!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about Henrys. Joe Bow and the rest of the team were great. I had to purchase my car at a distance but Joe did a great job explaining everything and sending a comprehensive video of the car. His communication was great and phoned back quickly when I left a message. Pleasure to deal with and had some good banter. Travelled down from Aviemore to pick up the car. Everything was ready when I arrived and it was very smooth transaction apart from a couple of minor issues which were very quickly sorted out by Joe and the team. Couldn’t do enough for me. This shows the quality of this company. It’s not over once the sale has been done. I had a couple of questions a few weeks later and Joe was happy to help and got straight back to me when I contacted him. Had a fantastic experience buying my used car at Henry’s Suzuki Glasgow. John Alexander was so helpful and gave me all the answers to my questions without any pressure, as I tried to make my mind up between 2 cars! My car had already just been serviced and I could take my car away when it suited me, which I did arranging to get the mot done the following week with a complementary courtesy car, that suited my schedule. Lewis was great at booking my car in when it suited me. We originally reserved the car in September acknowledging that there would be a delay in delivery time, probably not until February 2022. Excellent service as alway's Been using this garage for a few years now for cars, mot and services and never had any issues even if its something minor that I want checked they always do there best to accommodate me between work patterns. I like the video link sent to me with a break down of repairs and what's needed and what's just advisory so I can pick and choose what 'needs fixed' and can just click and submit the form without having to feel under pressure. Joe Bow is a top man and always does his best to ensure I get what I want, never a hassle and deals with all my dramatics wouldn't go to anyone else, he is the best at reassuring, explaining the breakdown and talking everything through. Lewis also needs a mension because he does an outstanding job and calls to remind me when am due a service or mot and sorts out a courtesy car or lifts back home, place wouldn't run as effectively without him. I also met the manager Ryan who was quick to offer to powder coat my wheels for me because I wanted black wheels. I really could not say enough about the service given, they all work as a team and you know your getting the good deal.

First class customer service from staff member Joe Bow for whom nothing is too much trouble. We arrived to look at cars half an hour before closing but Joe was happy to stay late and answer all our questions and have us look over the car we were interested in. He arranged a delivery time in the same way even coming in to work one evening while on a weeks leave so that he could hand over our new car personally - again after normal closing hours. Where do I start? I met with Joe Bow back on January 10th 2022 when I was searching for my new car with my 6ft 5" son. He was the deciding factor with his height, he had to fit comfortably in any car I decided to get. Joe was exceptionally helpful and had the right attitude and humour befitting to what I usually find a stressful decision. The long multi car manufacturers list in my hand was whittled down to either a Honda SUV or a Susuki SUV. I opted for the Susuki S-Cross Ultra with its optimum finishes within my budget. Ordered on the 1st February in what turned out to be the period post Covid restrictive manufacturing line, coupled with the Ukraine war. Both having affected manufacturing and delivery of my new personally designed S-Cross SUV in that period from February to October. Patience has paid off. It did not disappoint. Kept updated fortnightly of timescales and potential delivery was a great help and a touch of first class customer service. I'd call in every now and then just for the banter. Administrative delays not associated with Henry's Susuki then posed delays for me and I eventually collected my car at the end of November. Handover included a thorough education on the internal controls of the vehicle and the all important attachment of our mobile phones. I have been both immensely delighted with and enjoying my new car drive and experiences. Joe has been contacting me regularly enquiring not only if I am enjoying my car, but also if I'm needing any help with any aspect of it or its controls, which are all new to me. It's the first time since 2007, changing my car every three years, that a salesman has taken the time post handover to check my satisfaction with my car. A small but hugely significant detail. Dealing with Henry's Susuki dealership has been enjoyable, everyone including manager Peter has been personal and real. Professional and knowledgeable. There has been no pressure sales and the communication has been first class. I am looking forward to the dealership & customer relationship over these next three years. It would be prudent to inform that there are closer Susuki dealerships to my home address however I was meant to meet and bond with this particular one and I would recommend this dealership to anyone deciding on a Susuki car. I am very particular about customer service relationships. It has to feel right. This dealership ticked all the boxes. A very deserving 5 star review, keep up your obvious enjoyable work.

John is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. I felt he was very thoughtful when he advised me to wait for a couple of days so I get a new 71 plate. The buying process of my Suzuki vitara took about a week.The best part – John stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. BACKGROUND In 2019, on a trip to Glasgow, and planning an exploratory visit to Henrys Suzuki, I mistakenly went to the firm’s Honda branch. There, I received a genuinely warm welcome and helpful attitude, courtesy of an attentive member of staff (with hindsight, believed to be Graham H). Afterwards, at the Suzuki branch, Sales Exec Mark Torrance advised me re the new Jimny. He was kind enough to respect my wish for no more than sporadic, albeit worthwhile, contact. For a while, the new car purchase slipped down my priority list. JUNE 2021 Fast-forward to this summer. Still considering a Suzuki, and, by then, more seriously. Mindful of the good vibes on my first visit, I contacted Mark T, who, as previously, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I remained keen on the Jimny, but the latest version is a two-seater commercial only. I took some more time to consider my requirements. Ultimately, when the day came to get serious about selecting a particular car and working out a deal, the convenient online chat facility led to a phone call with Sales Manager Ryan Seeley, who put me in touch with a sales team member who was available, there and then, to handle my enquiry. This was Henrys veteran (I use that term carefully, and with a considerable degree of respect) Joe Bow, who has been with the firm for 38 years. To me, such a timescale, alone, is a “good sign” - about Joe and about Henrys. Over the next few weeks, as JB slotted into place the various arrangements and requirements, I learnt that, as far as he is concerned when dealing with a customer, nothing is too much trouble - even when the paperwork, which he had drawn up so carefully for my initial choice (a Swift), had to be rewritten thoroughly when, following a deep rethink, I chose a different model entirely (a Vitara). During the ordering and buying process, Joe answered with patience my questions, took and sent me detailed videos of the cars, allayed any concerns which I might have, overcame any obstacles (there are always one or two), and, in his trademark mature and businesslike manner, got everything sorted in time for handover day. The fact that he also happens to enjoy delivering a good anecdote, is the proud bearer of a cheerful disposition, and is by no means averse to revealing his own particular sense of humour, does no harm at all. There’s something else about Joe that is important, and I’m really serious about this. When Joe says he’ll do something, he does it. That counts for a lot. (I should add that I’ve no reason to doubt that the same quality applies equally to Joe’s colleagues, who certainly all were friendly and courteous). HANDOVER DAY On the appointed day, I arrived with my dear old trade-in, and whispered self-consciously my farewells and my thanks for its many years of good service. Joe, with, I suspect, more than a little pride in his work, led me to my sparkling new Vitara, which had been prepared faultlessly for the occasion. He did a detailed rundown of all the features, particularly the latest technology, of which the Vitara has an impressive selection. By the time I left the garage, I felt fully briefed. It had been a good day. As I drove home, I reflected on earlier car-buying experiences - they began in 1978. As I did so, I recalled that by no means all of them had gone as smoothly as the present one. And, it occurred to me that Joe Bow, Esq., with all his experience, his attention to detail, and his determination to answer accurately any question which I put to him, is a real credit to his profession. CONCLUSION Which leaves me with three brief points to make:- (i) Graham Henry: If that *was* you at the Honda showroom on, I think, 23.9.19, I thank you. First impressions really do matter. (ii) Henrys Suzuki appears to me to be a fine garage with solid, traditional, standards of customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to my family and friends. (iii) “If you can, see Joe Bow! There’s almost nothin’ he disnae know”.

Thanks to Mark, the process went very smoothly - From a test drive on Saturday, to the collection on Monday, with trading in my old motor in between. After comparing several cars I was left between two. I first went to Suzuki to take a look at the 1.8 Hybrid Swace, a car no one I know has ever heard of. Mark was the salesman and his knowledge of the vehicle was excellent especially as he was currently driving one. Phoned the showroom just over a week ago and spoke with salesman Joe Bow. I explained my 72 year old father was looking to purchase a car but was feeling a bit apprehensive about the process. From past experiences, other dealerships fall over themselves to appear helpful and friendly until they have your money in their account and then they don't want to know ( not mentioning any names but they have the same initials as air conditioning!) No Arthur Daley Treatment Here Earlier this year my wife and Idecided that this would be the year our 06 plate, 159,000miles Nissan Micra would have to go to the garage in the sky. We then embarked on establishing a short list for its replacement.This was initially a painful journey visiting large dealerships where you had hardly turned off the engine when you were buttonholed by an over zealous salesperson wanting to sell you a vehicle which most suited their commission taeget. This all changed when we visited Henrys Suzuki in Titwood rRoad, Our salesperson(John Alexander) henceforth to be known as Saint John made careful notes of our requirements and cosequently showed us cars which were within our budget and requirements. I'm sure he must have considered changing his name to Job from the Bible as we prevaricated and changed our mind before before settling on our eventual purchase. if you're looking to change your car and you want courtesy and excellent advice and no post purchase depression ,then head down to Henrys Suzuki at Titwood Road. Technical barriers with previous Motability tax class and private number plates were easily overcome. My experience buying a car from Henry’s Suzuki was second to none! After having many problems with my previous car, I was looking to purchase a reliable car from a dealership. Joe Bow’s customer service was absolutely excellent, making sure that I was getting exactly what I needed in a good quality car. He made my first experience buying from a dealership an enjoyable one, leaving me with a huge smile on my face as I drove away. Not only that, but Joe’s aftercare in the following days and months was exceptional. He printed new registration plates for my car and made sure that they were fitted swiftly after my purchase. Furthermore, Joe followed up his customer service with a phone call within weeks of driving away to make sure that I was pleased with the car, in addition to a check-up after 6 months. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and Henry’s Suzuki to anyone looking for their next car. I am already thinking about the next Swift I will be buying from Joe!

From first setting foot inside to driving away in my brand new car, the customer service myself and my boy experienced couldn't be better. The time he spent to go through the sale, he made sure to leave no stone unturned, making sure we understood what we were getting into before we stormed ahead with it.
