Absolutely first class! My first experience of dealing with NRG and what a pleasure it was as i took my Hilux there for a full service. Living an hour and a half away and the fact i bought my Hilux privately i hoped everything would go to plan, from the initial phonecall to Nathan in the service dept everything ran super smooth and on time and all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The level of service here is far beyond any other dealership i have ever dealt with and from now on i won’t go anywhere else, if you own a Toyota this is the dealer for you! I’ll be buying my next Hilux from here and continuing to use the first class service they provide. Thankyou North Road Garage 👍🏼

I have had a wonderful experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. The guys have been very welcoming and helpful. The process has been very pleasant and stress free. Jason was a star answering my questions and keeping me informed. I would definitely recommend this garage first class service.

Had a flat battery on my way to see my parents on Saturday called them has they are the closest dealer to my parents. They told me the battery was not stocked but could get one for Tuesday and would also be able to fit for me on the same day. They called me on the Tuesday morning to say the battery had arrived and got me fitted in at 3 o clock that afternoon to be fitted. Excellent service and communication.

We bought a 2017 Toyota RAV4 from Luke, who was exceptional in answering all our questions and providing service. He was not aggressive or pushy, but had a relaxed and easy manner, which made it much easier for us to make our final decision. In addition, he gave us a great price for our car in part exchange.

A little disappointed that this dealership would not take a delivery until 8:15am having arrived at 8am having driven three hours to get there. All the sales guys were doing was nothing apart from looking at their watch waiting for 8:15.

Helpful and courteous staff, full explanation as to what work was undertaken in the full service. All work carried out in a timely manner. My only quibble was the charge of £1.16 for topping up the screen wash. Recommended.
