Great customer service and communication from the dealership when buying my new car. It was a great experience from start to finish. Just got an i20N and received exceptional Service from Paul Dooley. Hassle free and Great Customer Experience throughout. Whole process was done in less than a week, Very pleased with Purchase journey and After-sales treatment. Only downside is not a lot of wiggle room with Part Ex other than that Perfect. Communication was poor. Rarely responded to my emails, but not slow off the mark when they wanted the @Hyundai_UK survey filled out. Car arrived in the wrong colour. It was either take it or wait another 6+ months. Original order paperwork showed the correct colour - no reason given for colour change. Offered a free 2 year service plan and car mats as a goodwill gesture - 3 months later, still waiting. Couple of other minor irritations. Great car (i20N) and worth the wait - just wouldn't recommend the dealership.

I just picked up my new car from here and Ryan was very helpful all the way and explained what trade and save meant, all parks cars have 12 month warranty and huge range of new and used cars within everyone's price range. Even on the day of collection everything was explained to us and Ryan could not do enough for you, very customer focused and won't be afraid to use again. He gave me what I considered a very good trade in price for my Dacia Duster, which made the price to pay for my new (second hand) Hyundai Tucson very affordable. It was a pleasant and painless experience. Initially I had arranged to deliver the car the evening before the service was due. Since we live 12 miles from the garage this would have required Irene to drive the i10 and me to follow in my car. However around a week before the service was due I sold my car so that plan went out the window. On arrival just after 8.00am on the morning of the service I was greeted by Sam and explained the situation. He was very sympathetic and arranged for the service to be carried out immediately to save me wandering around East Kilbride for most of the day. I had already organised a test drive of the Ionic Electric for 9.30am and by the time I returned from that the service had been completed. Fantastic service, for which I am very grateful.
