Went with my mother to order and pick up her new car. From the very first time we met Gary, the customer service provided was second to none. From ordering car until recieving car was only about 11 weeks. My mum is very happy and cant speak highly enough of Parks Nissan and Gary. Well done Gary, Kyle and all of Parks Nissan.

Gordon in Nissan sales was excellent explaining the details of the car and being very good to liase with. 5 stars for him, unfortunately I didn't buy the car from Parks as the retail price was a four figure sum dearer than the Nissan dealer I did buy from, hence 3 stars.

I dropped in at the Nissan Mobility Center this morning as I was on my way back from an appointment at Hairmyres Hospital and thought I could kill two birds with one stone. On entering the showroom I almost fell as my foot caught in the torn doormat luckily I managed to catch myself and said to a salesman sitting at a desk about the need to fix the mat but he simply asked if he could help me. I said he could fix the doormat and that i was looking for the Nissan Motability Department and was informed where it was. I walked over and was asked if I had an appointment I told the salesman that I was just dropping in, he offered to make an appointment for me which I declined as technically I am not due to get my new car until March. He asked what I was interested in and I informed him I was looking for another Juke N Connect and he ran through the level of equipment quickly and what the advanced payment would be. I was shocked at how much it has risen since I got mine. I asked about the Charitable Grants Scheme and he advised told me that I would need to contact them before looking to order a car. It is down to the Nissan Mobility salesman that I gave 3 stars if it was down to the first salesman it would only be a 1 star. Get the mat replaced it is a Health and Safety hazard

I recently received a standard of service which was less than satisfactory and gave me cause to contact the manager of the Nissan service department where I explained the reason for my grievance. The manager (Graham) was very understanding and promised to look into my complaint. Long story short, I then received great service from the department which more than made up for my disappointment. Credit given where due, the manager (Graham) demonstrated that customer satisfaction really is a priority and I would have no hesitation in returning to Parks Nissan. Thanks again for you assistance

Multi franchise dealer so much choice we opted for the Nissan micra acenta special edition our sales advisor Frank wylie was a decent spud unlike the usual vultures swooping down on you he was very helpful and very attentive to our needs and budget would I recommend parks yes I would going with this current sale.
