Bought a Mini Cooper from TVS in December and have been delighted with the purchase, Both the guys were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The only issue with the car during the warranty period was to do with a couple of bulbs and was fixed with no hassle, even though I doubt it would have been covered by the warranty. I was also transferring a private reg to the car and as part of the deal they made me up a new set of plates for free. Mark also said that if the car ever needed work done to contact them and they will work out a discount as the car was bought from them. Ignore any negative reviews, I will be using them again in the future

No matter what your budget you're treated like a king. The experience has been so good my family and I have purchased 3 separate cars all of which have been amazing value for money. What really amazed me was I went to pick up my car and Mark put a little present in there for me, a six pack of beer and something for my wife. Buying a cheap car is very risky for someone without mechanical knowledge, like me, so I was very pleased to find Mark to be an honest and straightforward guy to deal with. I've dealt with a lot of used car salesmen but Mark was better than all of them. There was no pushing or endless sales jabber, just honest help and expert answers. He's a guy who knows his business reputation depends on good cars going out the door and I feel I got a very good car at the price and a hassle-free sale. I'll go back to TVS when I'm in the market again.

Would Highly recommend, I would give 6 stars if I could! If you are looking at a car this dealership has, I would definitely go and view it in person. Mark is a really genuine guy and he put me at ease with the whole buying process and helped me finance my car. The car was exactly how it was described online, in fact it looked even better. Mark was more than happy to let me test drive the car and answer any and all of my questions. This dealership will go out of their way to make you happy, for example, I live in fife and the car got delivered the very next day and even took away my old car. I have no doubt in my mind that if something (god forbid) goes wrong with my car, they'll be happy to have a look and help out where they can. Update: I've had my car for a few months now and everything has gone great. A hole developed in the backbox of the exhaust, this could have been a quick patch up but mark replaced the whole exhaust system for me. Above and beyond service!

Can’t understand bad reviews here. I recently bought Range Rover from TVS and have had above and beyond, before and after sales care from Mark and Gez. Before buying the car, a fault developed and was told car could not be sold until repaired (already had two test drives before with no problems). I returned after the repair to buy the car and found that Mark had given me another spare set of alloy wheels with tyres for my inconvenience. I had a couple of other faults after buying so phoned Mark and asked to bring car back for repair (car is 11 years old so faults may occur, no fault of TVS). Mark kept me informed every step of the way and repaired with new parts. I’m very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from here again. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and thanks again to all at TVS for OUTSTANDING service.

I had bought a car off this garage and had unfortunately suffered mechanical problems as the clutch/flywheel started to become very noisy around 4 months after I had purchased it. I just googled the problem and to my horror,various forums had confirmed that it would cost over £600 to replace. I also appreciate that the car was 12 years old and had covered 110000 miles and i had only paid £1800 for it but it had come with a 3 month warranty Now I would fully expect all garages to tell me I had no leg to stand on.However, Mark was incredibly fair and even offered to do the entire job as a token of goodwill as it was just outside the warranty. I only hope that action will be fully rewarded back to TVS as I can only say great things about them and I will be returning in 18 months to get a newer car.

Recently bought a 335d m sport from Mark at TVS and the service was first class. Started off with Mark offering to stay late one night to allow me to fit a viewing around my work schedule. After agreeing to buy the car Mark advised if I wanted the car that day I could collect it and he would have it serviced and MOT'd during the following week. It was agreed that I would collect it on the Monday and it would have the service and mot that day. On picking it up Mark agreed to stay late on the Monday to allow me to collect the car after work and complete the paperwork. Overall I'd highly reccomend TVS as their service is first class

I travelled from Belfast to buy my vehicle through TVS, deposit paid over the phone after a few in-depth messages with Mark. The morning I flew over for collection it was raining very heavily, the car seemed every bit as per the ads description after a quick glance around & a test drive. It was ready to go and paperwork all prepped. Kirsty made us a coffee to warm us up before we went on our return journey. We had a tight turnaround due to sailing times and a main road closure. Mark had even fuelled the car up to save us time. A few weeks later, a couple of issues arose hence the reason why I have dropped 1 star but I must say, on mentioning the issues were rectified immediately. All I can say is not knowing Mark he seems like a gentleman, the tank of fuel, coffee on arrival, it's the small touches that keeps a customer happy. Thanks again.

I came to TVS in October 2018 as I was interested in a Skoda Octavia that the garage were selling. I was astounded at how brutally honest Mark was as he had actually talked himself out of selling the car, as I was looking to change into something that had a lower tax bracket and was better on fuel, and my mercedes wasn't too much dearer to run! Then, late last year, I had unfortunately had an accident in my mercedes, and so I returned to the garage and decided to buy a Renault that they had for sale. Unfortunately, the Renault developed an issue with the exhaust, which, I know is classed as a wear item and yet again, I was overwhelmed at how Mark handled everything. He had pre arranged for the workshop to install the new part as soon as I had intimated my time of arrival and I was only "car less" for just under 1.5 hours.It was actually easier staying within East Kilbride. Mark had even agreed to pay for the labour and the price of the part was cheaper than anything I could find online.So, I can only assume, Mark made no money on the whole exhaust episode. Just Magnificent customer service.If I were Mark , I would just rename the company Total Vehicle SATISFACTION. Many Thanks Mark Addy

I was looking for my first car and this garage had a high mileage 1.5 diesel renault.I was a little hesitant but Mark came across incredibly well and he had showed me the workshop receipts and all the items that were replaced to ensure trouble free motoring including a timing belt replacement that was not even due until the following year. This is how it happened: I saw their advert, I telephoned, I posed a few questions and Mark answered them in a friendly and informative way. Not once did Mark attempt to pressure me to buy, not even when I said I would like to think about it. When I telephoned to say I would like the car. Mark immediately said he would pick me up at the station.When we met at the station he let me drive the car. He explained to me where all the bits and pieces of the car were, and when we returned to the garage he handled all the paperwork. I am 83 years of age and I had thought that good manners and attention to service were a thing of the past. At my age I don't suppose I will be buying many cars, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mark.
