First time using We Buy Any Car. Website easy to navigate, prompted to make booking. Follow up call from Shawlands garage was very helpful to ensure I knew how the appt would be managed and run through of what would be needed. Appt ran exactly as I was told. Jeff was very professional and made the whole experience pleasant and he made sure I understood any changes in quote and what happens next with paperwork. Couldn't have been any better!

However, the value of my car applied by the company at the outset was disappointing, although I did sell it in the end. The algorithm used by the company is too inflexible and restricts negotiation. That said, the strength of the process is the staff, in this case Abdul who achieved the best price possible for me.
