M. P.Can’t believe how easy and quick the service was. I’d heard lots of disappointing stories about this type of service but this was as good as it could be. A check of my details, an inspection of the car and it was all done and a very fair price. I’d recommend it to anyone.

A. M.Overall service was good, end valuation didn't reflect what was offered (reduced by £500) for a couple of normal tiny stone chips which the WBAC representative said was unavoidable for a car of this age.
The vehicle was immaculate but the value was reduced (unreasonably in my view) and the fact that the MOT was just under 6 months left, seemed to have an impact on the valuation.
Like most customers I suspect, when you end up at a WBAC centre with your car, documents, keys, etc, it tends to be a bit of a take it or leave it scenario.
I'd probably use WBAC again in the future but be prepared not to get the valuation offered (or the 'better price' subsequent emails).
