Jayden was brilliant. I had a Ford Fiesta reserved and just went into look at the MG’s. Jayden and Jack were very helpful, not at all sales led, just listened to what I needed and then did an amazing deal so I cancelled the fiesta. Today, 6 days after visiting the showroom for a look I picked up a new MG3 and it is such good value for money. I would highly recommend a visit and ask for Jayden or Jack. Awesome service. I went to Baylis MG to look at the MG ZS EV. The all electric SUV. I was helped by Jordan who was so helpful and really well informed. He went out of his way to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle the next morning and let us drive it for over an hour. The handling of the car was excellent and it had responsive handling and so much power. I was disappointed that the cameras in the side mirrors were only for reversing but otherwise very impressed with the car. I have been to a lot of dealerships recently and been very disappointed with the lack of help at some of them as cars are in such high demand nowadays and supply is very bad so the showrooms are very busy - despite all of this Jordan made sure that he had lots of time to deal with all of our questions.

Great garage and a big thank you to Jordan for his help in finding us a new car and part exchanging. Edit: 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a new handbrake despite chasing multiple times. The release button came off in my hand before I'd even left the forecourt and was sellotaped on for a quick fix (it was fine on my test drive 3 days prior), you can't just order a new button apparently so I'm still waiting on that handbrake. After sales care isnt great 😒 Minus 2 stars 👎
