We are in and out of Quedgley few times a week, often turning up with 8 drivers.. Everyone is professional, friendly and often humorous. They have toilets, a heated indoor waiting area with free tea and coffee, the whole place is spotlessly clean. It’s almost like they view Platers and drivers as people rather than a suspicious nuisance. The yard and pick up process are excellent, with Kevin taking great care with us and the vehicles. Unlike, many places , I have never left the compound with a damaged or dangerous, vehicle. On the rare occasions there is a problem, it’s sorted swiftly, with an explanation. All in all a great place

Arrived at 8:50 for a 09:00 booking spoke to Kevin and the van was pulled at exactly 09:00 really nice chap and professional Really pleasant to deal with. Also collected another van and this van was booked for 10:00 Kevin told me he would pull the vehicle straight away for me So both vans pulled by 09:20 Top service 5*. John Bland.

Once again I had a visit to your site finding out I had been booked in for 1200 when I was dropped off at 0840. I was then seen by James who was very sympathetic to my problem. After waiting about for a short while James came to see me and stated that he could get our cars now. Remaining very polite at all times the task was made very simple until out from behind the vans came kevin who enquired how we bribed James to do this work. Next came the cars and many thanks for a first class job as always. Thank you to all staff for your help. .

Morning My name is Roy Lewis and I work for VMoves. I was picking up a vehicle from your Gloucester branch on Tuesday or Wednesday this last week. It was my first visit to your branch, and I was handed a review leaflet by Kevin. I decided I would leave you a review as it was the best collection yard ive picked up from. Ive been doing this job for 1 year now some days fantastic some days not. Some collections great some not. But yours excelled. I was 1,1/2 hours early but still treated in a respectable manner and told they would try there best to sort me out with my vehicle. I was then told I could wait in a warm portakabin, with tea and coffee facilities, seats, and toilet. Never had anything like it before. I then only had to wait 10 minutes.
