M. H.Have to say I've aways booked my car into the local BMW dealership, this time due to date availability on my MOT I had a look around for other companies and came across Formula One Autocentres! Well from my very first chat with Chris the centres Manager at Gloucester I felt confident my car was in good hands. Have to be honest the service and communication was 10/10 and with out a doubt I will return the next time I need my car serviced or new tyres.

I have no reason to look else where , because at the end of the day I want a Good Customer service and reliability.
B. F.Half way from Brighton to North Wales we got a flat tyre from a damaged valve. Dropped in here, they were fully booked but after explaining the situation, they slotted me in right away. The loveliest people, a small act of kindness that made our day so much easier. Thank you so much.
