F. J.I feel i need to leave a review for Heritage of Gloucester, i've had my Tiguan R line for a few months now. I called to enquire and spoke to Matthew Lake. As i live 60 miles away i went to test drive it on the way to a weekend away. Arrived at the garage and took it out for a test drive. I wanted time to think about it so i went away to have a think. Matthew spoke to me a couple of times to see if i had decided, but didn't feel at all pressured which is very rare from past experiences with sales people. I decided to have the car and Covid measures were still in place so was all done remotely, I'm not the best at doing that kind of thing but Matthew was very patient and explained everything. All that was sorted and went to pick up the car, was dealt with perfectly. What i'm really impressed with though is the level of after care i've had from Matthew nothing is too much trouble. If in the future i ever decided to have a VW again i wouldnt hesitate in dealing with Matthew again or to recommend him.
