I had a couple of small problems that needed looking at under warranty, I contacted the company and spoke with Jason who then passed me to Neil on the technical side I told him the problems and we booked the motorhome for a mutually convenient day. I dropped the vehicle off at the agreed time and I was contacted by Jason the next day to tell me the work was completed and the van was ready to collect. They had rectified a small leak under the vehicle and fitted a brand new awning as the original one had twisted and did not operate correctly. All the work was booked in and completed with no quibbles. From the moment we first walked in to look at motorhomes to the moment we decided to buy one and the after sales attention we received was excellent. No pushy sales tactics and no quibble warranty work. I would recommend Pearman Briggs 100% they have been a pleasure to deal with.

We took our van for its first habitation check today, along with an issue with the sun shade/awning. The staff were absolutely brilliant going beyond to obtain a replacement awning prior to arrival and today giving assistance with our van. Thank you so much

Delighted to have purchased our 22 plate Elddis 115 from Pearman Briggs recently. Thanks to Harry, Jason, Dan, Andrew, Neil and lovely reception staff member who gave us drinks. We'd dropped in a few days before handover where Harry opened the vehicle, simply saying 'take your time, have a good look, any issues let me know' and with that he left us to it. Handover (Dan) was precise, do's and don'ts added a nice touch here. Paperwork and handover of our previous vehicle was a breeze. We transferred belongings and set off for 3 week trip of east coast with no problems. Had an issue with remote alarm today. Neil responded when I phoned, (no faffing) he gave 3 stage plan, where to look, what to check, how to redress. Neil was correct, sticking bonnet sensor. Thanks to all at Pearman Briggs. Well worth travelling from Lancashire to purchase. Been to several dealers previous before settling with Pearman. Perfect choice of dealership for us. Would definitely recommend.

Tried to post this on the caravan site but don’t seem to be able to. Pearman Briggs and Phil particularly are first class. We had an incident on our way to Warminster and when coming off the M5 the Jockey Wheel came loose due to the handle sheering off. Luckily we were only a stones throw from them. I called them and they replaced it straight away for us, no hassle at all for them to help us on our way. They are always brilliant. Thanks again Phil, you’re a diamond!

This is a delayed review as its sometimes best to avoid doing so until you have had time to fully experience the product along with any support required by the backup service. Purchased an Elddis Magnum in July 2020. Very pleased with the motorhome, its features and all the possibilities it brings. Encountered a couple of issues which have been promptly and efficiently resolved by Neil and the helpful workshop crew. First I would just like to say the staff where great(Harry) very helpful, I purchased a Bailey Approach which looked and seemed amazing! How ever it turned out it had damp in the bathroom that had been missed. Andrew has now taken the vehicle back and given me a full refund and also called me to talk about the whole situation. Not how I wanted my first van to go but a positive ending thankyou .

We were trying to source an Elddis CV40 motorhome last year and had spent weeks on the internet searching all dealers around the country. We'd travelled to a local dealer and arranged to order one but had to wait almost 6 months. I'm so glad we made the call through to Pearman Briggs to see if they had one. We now have a wonderful campervan, at a much higher spec than the van we were about to order, and at a price that beat our local dealer's quote by a country mile. Pearman Briggs delivered on time and the whole transaction, from the trade in of our old vehicle to the purchase and handover has been wonderful. I can't praise Andy and the team enough. The icing on the cake was when we collected to find out that we had the new 2021 van interior (we were quoted on the 2020 model). By the way, we love the heated seats too!
