I was in the market for a new van with a set budget. After a hours of scrolling I found true commercials via a van sales site. Once on the true commercials website all the information needed was listed clearly and comprehensively. Being around 150 miles away from where I live, I phoned up. Simon was very knowledgeable regarding his vehicles for sale, telling me everything about my chosen van in detail. On collection Simon was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was 100%. My new van (and every other vehicle on site) was immaculate inside and out (with gleaming paint work) and very reasonably priced. Payment and paper work was a quick and easy process and they offer finance (which on this occasion I did not require.) Thank you true commercials for getting me back in the road! Fantastic :)

Where do I start? I have been looking for a van for a few weeks and I’ve been and viewed a few in the south east where I’m from which all turned out to be rubbish. I viewed one the night before my trip to wales and it was also no good. On the way down I wasn’t expecting and didn’t even know that I was going to be going to look at a van until I found the little white caddy on eBay. I promptly phoned Simon and explained my situation and that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up for a few weeks due to travailing 4 hours to come back down and get it and he was absolutely fine with it. When I arrived the experience was faultless. This is the first van I will have owned and I was blown away by the condition and the customer experience. Can’t rate all the guys here high enough and I’ll be sure to recommend to any of the guys down my way that I speak to as it’s well worth the drive. Thanks again Simon & Team for everything and I’ll see you in a few weeks when it comes to collecting the van. Jack

July Aug 21 I brought a lovely little 2013 plate Audi A3 fastback TFSI of off Simon. what a bloke it didn't really need new belts or a service as such low mileage bit for my sense of well being he got them done. this guy reeks of honesty and I have no trouble whatsoever in recommending him even to friends and family, something I rarely do as it always comes back to haunt me! so what ever your transaction with True is you can rest easy that you will be treated with honesty and respect! 5 star

Simon and his team recently fitted windows and carpeting to my T5. The work was carried out professionally ,on time and to the agreed price. I had a slight issue with a bit of trim. The issue was resolved quickly and with no hasstle to me. The van was picked up from my place of work and return the same day, and it had been cleaned !!!! Fantastic service
