S. J.I don't normally post reviews, however I wanted to publicly commend your service department at Hereford. My self and my mum had recently come over to Hereford with a problem with my mums corsa. From the staff on reception right through to your service manager I was taken back by there helpfulness, kindness, and how well they worked to help us as a team. They went above and beyond. But mostly it was a breath of fresh air to see their manager out and about in the department supporting her team, introducing herself to customer and was just as happy as her team to try and help. The best service we have received from any service department thank you.
M. J.Baylis Vauxhall Hereford were great because the standard of service we received from the salesman was excellent. Everything was explained in great detail and all questions answered. My request for receiving the car as quickly as possible was supported. Being a fussy customer there was a rattle that was annoying me and this was dealt with the next day and corrected. Amazing sales team, from salesman to service desk staff to the mechanic who dealt with my annoying rattle. Couldn't ask for more.
