Wonderful service. Found car on manufacturer's website and travelled 350 miles to collect it from Vertu VW Hereford. Worth every mile. Sales executive could not have been more helpful both during initial phone contacts and later, when we met in person. Perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. Answered all my questions and gave a lot of important advice and information which I had not even thought of asking about! Trading-in old car was fair and seamless. New car was immaculate, everything we hoped for. Encouraged to take test drive and shown all the necessary features. Introduced to manager, who thanked us for our custom. Follow up calls were arranged to ensure we were completely satisfied. Would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership, no matter how far away you might stay!

Recently purchased a 2018 Vauxhall Astra from Vertu VW Hereford. I had been searching for a particular model(Elite Nav) for quite sometime & found it here. I was pleased with the buying process(cash buyer), simple & straightforward. I haggled a little on the price & was happy with what I ended up paying(got a 12 month warranty in place of the standard 3 months). All round I'm happy, and would say that if you're looking for a used car & find it available here, I would recommend them.

OMG what can I say.. from the first moment we walked in, we found the staff couldn't do enough to please and very friendly.. we saw one of the sale executives SCOTT and he was a diamond, did everything in his power to get us a good deal on GOLF R and we did. We left for 2 hours so he can get get all the paperwork sorted for us while we went an had lunch. When we got back we saw our beautiful car there with a big red bow on it and large note on the side with our names on say happy new car!!! Well that's what you call personalised and attention to small details that really make customers feel special... we going back to buy a GTI next week as we had another great deal for the wife.. fantastic customer care from start to finish.

Darren B & Richard C were nothing short of amazing; Emails and phone calls were promptly responded too and all my questions and concerns were dealt with effectively. Throughout the sales process everything was kept quick and simple and it was evident Vertu were trustworthy, knowledgeable and cared about customer care. It was nice for everything to be on a digital screen rather than numerous bits of paper as experienced at other dealerships, this kept the sale process streamlined and straight forward. From the initial enquiry, every detail was accurate and clear. The personalised video of the car was a great addition too and instantly made us feel valued. Rang Vertu yesterday about a problem with my Seat Arona which was still under warranty. Offered to investigate the next day. 4 hours after I dropped it off I had a phone call stating all complete with complimentary health check and wash. Recently bought a new car from Vertu Volkswagen. The customer service was excellent and as someone who finds buying and changing my car one of life's more challenging activities, this was surprisingly very good and enjoyable. If you are a Volkswagen convert or thinking of trying a Volkswagen you will be well advised and looked after here. Good terms and the team were open to negotiation. For info this was me plus partner looking testing and buying. Not sure I would take the children. The facilities are good. Refreshments, newspapers, toilets all provided while you wait deliberate or do the deal. Communication throughout was very good. I had the diamond brite valet on my used Polo that I bought. Would recommend. Overall very happy.

Why advertise an email address that you don't respond to? Edit: Apparently the email address listed on the Volkswagen site was out of date. Front facing sales personel good, some old style mind games played by others.
